Majesty Palm is a stunning 3,230 sq. ft. villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for large groups and families (up to 16 people). Relax in your private screened-in pool and enjoy all the comforts a modern home can offer.

A Complete Home for Your Comfort
6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms: A spacious two-story villa that accommodates up to 16 guests.
Private Pool: Screened-in with a child safety fence.
Parking: Free parking is available on the property.
Modern Comforts: Central air conditioning, washer, and dryer.
Entertainment: FREE Wi-Fi and cable TV, with TVs in every bedroom.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals.
Basic Items: Towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are all included.
Baby Gear: A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available at no cost (upon request).

Important: All guests must register with a valid driver's license or ID to access the community and receive an orange pass, which grants you access to the clubs.

Located in the desirable ChampionsGate resort community in Davenport, Florida, our home offers easy access to a wealth of attractions. You're just minutes away from the I-4, making it a breeze to reach Orlando's theme parks, including Walt Disney World. ChampionsGate itself boasts a beautiful golf course, a clubhouse with a full-service restaurant, and resort-style pools with a lazy river and water slides. You'll also find a fitness center, a game room, and various sports courts within the community. A variety of dining options and shops are available nearby to cover all your needs.
Getting Around:
Our property is conveniently located near major attractions and offers easy access to various transportation options. While we offer free parking on-site, here’s some helpful information for getting around: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 miles away. Public transportation options, including bus services, are available, with details on routes and schedules available at local transit websites or apps. For those arriving by train, Amtrak stations are located in nearby cities like Kissimmee and Winter Park. Travel times to popular destinations are detailed in the 'Distances' section of our listing.

Important Information for a Perfect Stay
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs.
Supplies: We provide a welcome kit with initial bathroom and kitchen items, but we recommend you buy additional supplies for your full stay.
Pool Heating (Optional): Available for $40 per day (2-night minimum). It must be requested 48 hours in advance and is not effective in cold weather. Refunds are not offered if the desired temperature is not reached due to the weather.
Parking: Free on-site parking. Parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk is prohibited. No commercial vehicles allowed.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Package Delivery: We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon. The postal service (USPS) often returns packages to the sender.
Location: We are just a few minutes from I-4, making it easy to access Orlando's main parks and attractions.
We require a security deposit of $500 which is refundable 2 days after check out upon confirming that everything is okay with the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Your Comfort is Our Priority
Our property uses a self-check-in system with a keypad. We will provide your access code before your arrival. There is no need to visit our office.
To ensure your stay is perfect, it is important that you report any issues or inconsistencies you notice in the unit. Any defects, cleanliness problems, or malfunctions must be reported within 4 hours of your arrival so we can resolve them quickly.
