Spring Break 2024
I took my granddaughters ages 4and 2 to Magic Kingdom over Spring Break. This condo was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, clean and close to everything we needed, especially the near by Walmart. The kids loved the playground and the pool. The two balconies were very nice as well. I have no complaints about this unit and would stay here again. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay here. We loved it!!!

The variety of activities at Bahama Bay is great and provides lots to do for all ages. We appreciated the addition of gas barbecues . Being close to the theme parks is an added bonus

Great stay!
The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property is so nice that we're thinking of a 2 month stay next year. The unit itself is clean but a little dated. That, however, did not stop us from enjoying ourselves! Be sure to bring extra toiletries and care items as there are only a single item supplied. Also, cooking pans and skillets are limited and we had to buy own own for this stay. I would recommend this unit and I would recommend these owners. You'll not be disappointed.

Favorite place to stay!
We love to stay in Bahama Bay while visiting Disney World and this condo is just perfect for our family. The resort has lots to do on our days off from the parks to keep the kiddos busy. This is our second time staying in this condo. We love the location within the resort and the owners make it comfy cozy and have everything you need to make the stay pleasant. Looking forward to booking next year already!!

First Trip to Disney World
I absolutely loved this property and the resort. It was also very close to Disney which was a big plus for us. We loved the pools and the fact that they had a lot to do on the actual resort was an added bonus for my kids. Thank you for hosting us!

Great vacation

We stayed at this property in Feb. 2023. This is our second time at Bahama Bay and we were as impressed as the first time. The resort is lovely and well maintained. The condo unit was well stocked and very comfortable.

Awesome stay!
This condo met all our needs and was such a good value for such a nice resort! The check in process as well as checkout was seamless. The condo is located conveniently to all nearby attractions. The condo is a little dated but was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home and was well stocked with kitchen items. Will definitely choose this condo in the future! The owners, Michelle and Andy got back to us right away when we had a question.

Children Girls Trip
I have to let anyone that is interested know that The Communications With The Management of this property was HORRIBLE. I did not get my check-in information until 11 hours before I was going to check-in. I emailed the Management 24 hours before me arriving to the unit. Regarding not receiving the check-in information multiple times. I did not get a response. I tried calling the management company. They didn't answer my call. I had to call VRBO regarding this and the representative of VRBO had To Contact Them. VRBO did not get a response from them while I was on the phone. I received check in information at 3:45am the day of my trip. That's not the only time I emailed the Management Company. I also emailed them regarding making sure I had a reservation. I had to do that multiple times also. I had to call them. The wife did answer my call and reassured me that I did have a reservation. But I had to emailed them multiple times and call before I got a response. Ok now let's talk about the unit. The unit was Good. You can tell that they made some updates. The curtains were fresh out the package. I know this because of the wrinkles. The Living Room and Bedrooms furniture looks New. They still need to update the ceiling fans and some light fixtures. Also the microwave. The Carpet Is That DoDo Brown Color UGH. You walk in the unit and that's the first thing you see Not a good look. The Reservation Desk Employees were Great. They response to me needing more essential like dishwasher and laundry detergent immediately. The Property Is Nice For The Children. The Girls Loved The Heated Pool and The Hot Tub. Rating The Unit And Resort ONLY I'll Give it A 4. But Rating the Owners/Management Company. I'll have to give them a 1 Rating.

Highly recommend this property. If you are considering booking, go ahead and submit the reservation now. The overall property has lots of amenities. The pools and hot tubs were nicely heated and well-maintained. All of the staff we interacted with was very professional and friendly. The unit itself is remarkably clean, including mostly brand new furniture. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and friendly not to mention quick. The unit has everything you will need!!! We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Disney!!!

Perfect Stay!
My daughter and I stayed for 8 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday! The resort area and condo were perfect! We felt safe in the resort area. The pools were amazing. We arrived to brand new furniture in the condo! We felt at home during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Everything you could need for a relaxing break.
This is the second time staying at The Bahama Bay resort, First time at this condo. The property is a nice large size, very clean & comfortable with more than you could need for a stay. Michelle & Andy were great with communication & even delayed some deliveries so they wouldn't interrupt our stay. The resort is excellent. I highly recommend the Cenote day spa. The only slight niggle was the lovely big fridge, because it is so big (which is nice) the fridge door opens into the wall, so it can't be fully opened & because I am short I couldn't reach into the fridge. Its not a deal breaker though as the doors have deep shelves & I can always ask the other half to get things I couldn't reach. Overall excellent stay & would happily stay again. Great location, plenty of parking I would recommend this property to others & our local friends love visiting us at the condo.

Universal Vacation
Unfortunately I could never recommend this property to anyone. It was one of the worst stays we have ever had. We spent 3 nights without air conditioning. Temps inside were as high as 83 degrees. We notified maintenance and they kept saying it would be fixed the next day. It never was. I reached out to the owner and she made it sound like she was sorry and it would be fixed. I believed her at first, until I read the review of the person that stayed in the property before us. They had the same issue with the air conditioning. If the owner and property manager knew the air conditioner was broken, why would they allow us to stay and take our money?!?. I messaged the owner after the 3rd night with no air and said we would like a partial refund. No response from her in the last 24 hours. . I would not trust this owner and definitely do not rent this property.

Refrigerator not working when we got there had to take everything out go buy ice and put it in coolers called maintenance came fairly quick messed with it couldn’t get it to work that someone would be back the next day it was working next day when we got back from sea world last evening there AC went out was hot sleeping the last night almost 80 in condo could not fix till next day everything else was good

The condo was very nice. We pulled into the property and the guard said we were at wrong place, to go down the street to next place. We did and that was not where we were suppose to be. I tried calling number on reservation paper but said it was in complete number. Went back to guard and showed him our papers. Our smoke detector went off in 2 rooms for 20 minutes, we were not cooking I called office immediately and they said they would send someone out. After 2 hours someone showed up. We loved the pool. It didn’t seem that they cleaned the pool everyday. Other then a few minor things our stay was wonderful.

Our time here was great! The place was very clean & comfortable. I liked the fact that they give you "2" full rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Finding a parking spot in front of our unit was never an issue. It was close to all the theme parks & stores we went to. Checking in & out was a breeze.

Absolutely PERFECT location & perfect accommodations 😁 The owners (Michelle & Andy) were wonderful!
We unfortunately had a family emergency on the day we were supposed to fly out. Owners (Andy & Michelle) assisted with communication to the resort and were very quick to respond to our questions and last minute changes. The condo was immaculately clean & we absolutely loved the location - by both main pools. We were in town for the D2 Summit Cheer competition at ESPN & the drive was incredibly easy (approx 8 miles & 20 min drive). I HIGHLY recommend this property, great location to Disney, Universal & ESPN.

Property was as described. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Great for families. We are from Montana, wanted the Florida experience and found it all right here. The kids named an alligator and found a baby turtle and lizard. Very fun! If you find out blue soccer ball, let us know. Thanks ;)

This is a nice resort property and they work hard at keeping it up. Workers at every level were always very friendly and worked hard to make this a nice experience. The unit itself was done well and was neat and clean. Everything was in working order and equipped for eight people. Carpet has been updated and everything was easy to use. Very nice setup for a family vacation. Concerns would be the listing and description of the unit. I messaged the owner to please update the accuracy of the listing. Queen beds instead of kings as listed. The unit does NOT overlook one of the pools but overlooks the parking lot with a lot of activity that sometimes started at 7 am. It certainly took away from the experience more than once. Penthouse is not an accurate description as it is a second floor 3 bedroom condo. We just believe that listing accuracy is very important especially with the pricing of rentals these days. We especially rely on VRBOs premiere host rating and assume that this is important to them as well. We stayed for 60 nights and enjoyed our getaway. I would caution that the resort rents to a lot of teams so condos in March tend to fill with young adults. Pool areas became less family friendly and loud. Late night volume from decks past quiet hours. The atmosphere the last 3 weeks was just different. Don't mean for this review to be about the negatives but believe that renters need to be informed. Overall our stay was good and the resort does a good job. If things mentioned don't concern you it is a nice place for a getaway.

Great experience overall. Michelle was wonderful with her communication since the beginning. Clean property and enough fun for everyone. Close enough to Disney which was 1 of the reasons we were visiting Orlando, FL. We have stayed at Bahama Bay 3 times already and will be returning again next year.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo
This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were there to go to Disney with our grand daughter. We couldn't get the bedroom TV s working in any of the bedrooms... we were tired so we didn't bother calling but my husband is very handy and even be couldn't figure it out. Maybe leave some info on them with the remotes. Maybe batteries were dead. Not sure. Also, you may want to empty the ice more often. It was one solid piece and it ice would either not come and be stuck or fly out 20 pieces at a time landing on the floor almost every time. Just a few tips.. I figure it's slow season so maybe that's why. Thanks for a nice clean place close enough to Disney. It took us literally less than 10 mins to get there.

The unit is well-kept, although becoming somewhat outdated. Unfortunately while we were there the weather was COLD so we didn't see much of the property, which is of no fault of the owner. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not immaculate. The TVs we never could get to work, always said no signal. If there is a trick to it, there were no instructions. I did not reach out to owner / manager as we were only there a short time and it was just myself and my 17 year old daughter so it wasn't a huge deal. It would be if I had young people to entertain during cold / rainy weather with little else to do. It was "okay". The price was very reasonable which is why we booked in the first place.
