Use of Amenities

* Gas BBQ Grill must be cleaned and the drip pan emptied after each
use; guests must replace the propane tank if needed
* Pool heating is available at an additional daily fee and must be
requested and paid in advance for the entire stay
* Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed and heaters may struggle in
colder conditions; no refunds for ordered pool heaters once
activated
* Safety equipment includes pool safety fence, smoke detectors, and
carbon monoxide detectors

Warnings

* Use of pool is at your own risk; pool heating may be limited during
colder weather but cannot be deactivated on short notice.
* Pool heat and spas require pool heating to function; spa
temperatures cannot exceed 104°F.
* In the event of pool heating maintenance or failure, charges will
be refunded for the unavailable time with no further compensation.

Please Note: Fees apply on arrival if you wish to use the Solterra
Resort amenities including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides,
Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym. Payable direct to the clubhouse.
