Home Layout


The homes fabulous, open plan layout boasts plenty of natural light and views of the lake area from the living area, master bedroom & pool deck. There is a large family dining room with seating for 6 guests, an intimate breakfast bar and an additional kitchen table. The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!



There is a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and a well deigned layout any chef would love! Complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, electric stove and large pantry.



The welcoming lounge area offers plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screened, smart TV perfect for cosy family nights in. Sliding patio doors lead straight onto the screened pool deck allowing you to watch the kids play in the pool or soak up the last of the day’s sun from the bubbling spa!



The large, private pool area is fenced for security and there is plenty of seating for lounging & relaxing after a busy day!

The pool deck also has the benefit of a covered outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying the warm Florida evenings!

BBQ Grills can be provided upon request for you to enjoy grilling during your stay.



Just off the entrance hall there is a snug complete with large flat screen Smart TV, PS4 with pre-loaded games and a 'Ridge Racer' Arcade Game!
There is an L-shaped sofa bed for guest’s convenience and ambient coloured strip lights for those late night gaming sessions!



Master Bedroom & Ensuite

To the rear of the home, overlooking the pool deck there is large master bedroom with king sized bed, plenty of storage, a flat screen TV and office desk should you require.
The master bedroom boasts its own large private bathroom with new surfaces, shower and dual vanity.



Queen Bedroom
There is a second master just off the kitchen diner that has a queen sized bed & plenty of storage.

Twin Bedrooms

There are two themed twin bedrooms, (4 beds in total) that share an additional bathroom.


This bathroom has dual vanity sinks, new counter tops, a bath tub and access to the pool area. Perfect for showering off after a day in the pool & spa!



Garage & Laundry Room

For your convenience there is a fully functional laundry room with a brand new top loading washer & dryer.


The garage has been recently re-surfaced and updated and includes a table foosball table & exercise equipment for you to enjoy!



The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers, cribs and high chairs for your convenience during your stay, any additional requirements can be arranged upon request.

Other things to note


Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. Pool/Spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service.

This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
