Hold jer langt væk fra det her nedslidte hotel. Hotellet og værelset var beskidt og nedslidt, poolområdet var klamt. En meget gammel AC enhed på værelset larmede som en jetjager når den kørte. Morgenmaden var super kedelig. Personalet var ligeglade og uhøflige og troede alt kunne klares med et "Sorry" En stor del af denne kritik påhviler Expedia, for deres billeder og beskrivelse af hotellet er meget langet fra virkligheden. Det er et stort tillidsbrud fra Expedia når man ikke kan stole på deres beskrivelse og jeg vil ikke bruge Expedia fremover.

This was the nastiest room i have ever stayed in. I was given a pet friendly room because i had a pet. The vinyl floor had never been mopped in a long time. It was liquid on the floor from previous renter. Upon wiping it up. The towel turned black. Ì went to the front desk got a mop. Mopped the whole floor and the mop turned black. The door next to use had pet hair stuck to the bottom of the door threshold. Apparently the bottom floor are all half cleaned pet friendly rooms. The sad part is that staff members warned us about the nastiness of the rooms. So if the floors are never mopped. Apparently the bathroom floor are never mopped also. Due to the situation i only stayed one of the 2 nights we wanted. We were also told about the non caring manager by employee and tenents. We have stayed in several LaQuinta inns and have never had to deal with this level of nastiness

No hay desayuno temprano. Los que tienen que salir de viaje temprano no aprovechan el desayuno. La tiendita no tiene nada para cenar. Tienen microondas y refrigerador como es posible que no haya nada para comprar y poder tomar algo de comer antes de ir al aeropuerto

Room door did not close. Someone had spread feces on the bathtub enclosure how did the cleaners miss that it was discusting. I will never stay at a Là Quinta or Wyndham again

Too far away from the convention centre. Room was made only once!! information included Swimming pool and Hot Tub..there was a hot tub but never worked.

My shower would not provide hot water so I had to have a cold shower in the morning which was not a great experience. I also found hair in my bed in multiple places, on the toilet, around the bath and vanity. There were also stains on my pillows. I understand it was a cheap hotel but I would atleast expect it to be properly cleaned, free of hair, and with a functional shower. Will never stay at this hotel chain again.

The property is definitely in need of maintenance but the room was clean and their great customer service more than made up for any other shortcomings. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Free breakfast and WiFi were bonus perks.

The room was very dusty and looked unkept there were spider webs on the walls, ac vents were also caked with dust like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a lot time. The property supposedly offers shuttle to the airport, that’s the reason why I chose it despite the price being higher than other hotels, but as I tried to book a morning shuttle I was told the shuttle was already full😣 overpriced for what it offers.

Great experience staying at this hotel. However I do wish that the complimentary breakfast hours were longer than 7am to 9am as this hotel is convenient for those who are traveling by using Orlando international airport (MCO). Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in which the receptionist did not wipe up any water that was splattered on the floor. This is a hazardous situation as elderly customers and children could slip and fall.

finding this property ... a serious problem , signage for north frontage street is only on oneside of 436 so if you miss it ?? then when you do find North Frontage the Laquinta sign is way off in the DARK not litup sign in sight , clearly a identifying you are there... trees are wonderful but you need to light up your sign much better from and the lobby needs updateing ... leaking water from ceiling in lobby not a good impression so there ya go ... sorry to leave such a sad review .. but it is what it is

This was such a great value! And they picked us up and took us back to the airport. The front desk staff varied. One was fabulous and the next was tired and testy. But honestly the lady in front of him was very rude and understandably put him in a mood. I loved everything. We will def stay again!

The property was fine. However, I needed to go to terminal C at OIA, and shuttle only went to A and B. I had to walk a long distance with my luggage.

I will preface the split, saying I understand. This is an older property. There are some maintenance issues that are noticeable throughout the main areas of the hotel. The general cleanliness of the rooms are OK. The decor looks like it was recently updated with fresh carpeting, and hard surface floors, the real stand out of this property has been the front desk staff especially Aiden. He was incredibly friendly and efficient at my late night check-in. I would be inclined to stay here again for and overnight stay if needed one traveling.

I was a bit skeptical but when I arrived, the staff (early morning, afternoon, and evening) were very accommodating and assisted me with getting around very well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a long layover or a cancelled flight in the city of Orlando.
