Other Things to Note:
🧼 Cleaning:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure our cleaning team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.
🏊 Pool & Spa Heating:
If you’d like to add pool and spa heating, please let us know at least a week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, invoiced separately. During cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, but after rain, debris may wash in, temporarily affecting water clarity.
⏰ Check-Out:
Check-out is at 10 AM. Our housekeeping team arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs may disrupt schedules and could incur a fee of up to $300.
🧴Self-Catering Home:
This is a self-catering home, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. Provided for your convenience:
- Bathrooms: shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry: enough detergent pods for up to 2 loads
- Kitchen: paper towel roll, trash bags, dish detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee maker provided, coffee not included.
If anything is missing, please let us know upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
