Great house in great location

Stayed with friends on a golf trip. House was as advertised and Ian was very quick to answer any questions. We would stay again.

In need of some TLC

This villa could be so much more. It looked fine on the the pictures but close up not so good. Pro’s Plenty of room Good location Not overlooked and good view from the pool Comfy mattresses Quiet ceiling fans New carpets New appliances Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils Con’s Blinds in most bedrooms broken or non functional No blinds in master bathroom Dirty around most door handles and all stair spindles No working pool table cues (all tips missing or broken) BBQ too dirty to use Lani netting broken and flapping in the wind letting in bugs and lizards Stains on sofa in front living room and tatty scatter cushion on sofas in back room. I could see the appliances had been replaced and new carpets throughout so some effort has been made to upgrade this property. In times of covid 19 cleanliness should be top priority, scabby old labels stuck to light switches and dirty marks around door handles and stair spindles are not. The broken blinds and polyester sheets in the master bedroom were a big issue. The blinds were stuck in the open position and we were not able to close them. Some thin makeshift curtains had been put up, these are not showing on the website pictures. These didn’t cover the whole window and were to thin to block the sunlight. As the master bedroom is at the back of the property the sun heated the bedroom and bathroom as there were no blinds in there also. So it was uncomfortably hot even with the air con and fan on 24/7. To compound this the polyester sheets and pillow cases made it a sticky nights sleep. I did manage to find cotton sheets eventually in one of the wardrobes and I changed them. I also had to hang towels over the poles in the bathroom and a blanket over the pole in the bedroom to block the sun. The property could do with an improvement in maintenance, cleanliness and a modest investment would make it so much nicer

Great Vacation home in Davenport

Iur family stayrd at this property for 11 days....House was just as expected....Fully stocked with everything we needed....Owners were terrific and even allowed us to check in super early. We had a great stay with no complaints with the house other then the people who rented next door ( which the owner helped us address). We will definitely be renting for future family vacations. Thank You !

Family vacation

The house is really a great property and the owner is so easy to communicate with. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. The cleaners were just leaving when we arrived so maybe they rushed but taking a little longer would of went a long way.

Beautiful house that needs some upgrading

They allowed us to come in 30 minutes early- which was thoughtful. But it had mold growing on the shower liner, bugs dead in windowsills, horribly stained carpets that need removed. The game room couldn’t be used as the smell in that room was musty and smelled of mold and mildew. Piece of the couch was broken off just laying on the table, all doors were heavily saturated with black fingerprints and overall filthy. They really should get a better maid service and close the house down til it’s ready for a clean use. The pictures showed a Nicky mouse themed room but it wasn’t. The couches were saturated in filth and we didn’t even want to sit on them. The 30 minutes they let us in early wouldn’t have made a difference, the whole house needs a rehab… such a beautiful house if they could just put a bit of money in it for many repairs needed

Great location, nice property

Communication with Ian was great. A few things that would be nice for future use would be to make sure all bathrooms were clean and the shower curtains changed when need to be. Unfortunately my oldest did not tell me his bathroom was not very well cleaned until near the end of our stay, or else I would have contacted management company. Also the temperature having to stay at 74 * was too warm, especially upstairs. Maybe lowering it just 2 degree to 72 would help. We did have a nice time and would recommend.

Convenient location, spacious, responsive owner, but needs a good cleaning

Pros — Good location, convenient to Disney parks, plenty of space to spread out, and reasonable rental fees. House had everything we needed, with pool. The owner was responsive, and accommodated our rental with only a few days notice. Cons - the house needed a good cleaning. The bathrooms were covered with black hairs, live and dead bugs, dust and spiderwebs, and the lower level guest room had an unpleasant smell. Twice, I picked up a towel, only to jump back as a silverfish bug crawled out. I contacted the owner the next morning. While we were at the parks, he sent maintenance to fix the leak in the downstairs bathroom and spray for bugs, but surprising they did not wipe up the hair, dust and dead bugs while they were there. The owner suggested we contact maintenance the 4th day of our rental, but because we planned to be at the house and pool all day, I just ended up cleaning the tubs so the kids could take a bath.

This house was great, the location was awesome. We only had an issue with the central air it really does not cool the upstair rooms other than that we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again on our next family trip

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was well set up for adults and kids. My kids loved the pool and the game room. This house is by everything fun in and around Orlando. Thank you for letting us stay!

Fantastic place to stay

We had a wonderful two weeks in this villa. Loads of space, very clean and everything you need for an effortless stay (including labels on kitchen cupboards!). We managed to heat the pool with the solar heating in late April and it was enough to use the pool, so a great saving! Easy drive to Disney parks, supermarkets and great places for breakfast a short drive away and the I4 will get you to universal and shopping outlets quickly too. Management company were very prompt in fixing an issue with the internet (turns out someone left an Ethernet cable plugged in twice to the router, doh!) But it helped to know they were on hand if needed, fortunately not. TVs everywhere with Roku and cable TV and the second lounge was great to entertain the kids whilst they adjusted to the time difference. The kids loved the huge bath and everyone was pleased to have their own bathroom. It was just so easy. Just sad we had to leave! Thanks Ian for all the comms before hand, really helped plan in advance especially as we were bringing young children. Will stay here again!

Great way to experience the holidays with family and friends.

The property was clean and as described on the website. The only recommendations would be to maybe update the pots and pans they were a little bit old. Also consider some larger pots and supplies for larger families. Also maybe a few more wash cloths to avoid having to wash every day or two. Overall the house was amazing and we would definitely rent it again.

Very nice and right beside where our son was staying.

Nice big home with pool. We only paid for 2 days for heated pool as our son was right next door. (We were told $60 US cash when he came to turn on heat which we did) Unfortunately opening the door with my hip to take food next door caused the screen on the door to come out. My husband, being very handy, noticed there was not even an inch to push back in. We did call as we didnt want any damages but no one came. As we were right next door after 10:00 AM checkout, I went back two times and knocked to make sure they saw it was impossible to put back but the housekeeper would not answer door. I then took pictures. We also noticed a couple of tiles were damaged on coffee table in sitting room,on arrival, but that also there were spares under the sink, so it probably has happened. We also took pictures so that we would not be charged as it was like that at check in. A bit of heat damage also on checkin under one lamp on the plexi-glass, so we made sure to keep that lamp off. If there was a complaint it would be that under the beds were very dirty as our companions dropped an earring and when we checked under the bed...ugh!! Overall though pretty good. Bedding nice and clean and pillow covers under slips. Upon leaving we followed rules, stripped bedding, started dishwasher and ended up doing two loads for housekeeper as we were quicker than we had thought. If I could give a suggestion it would be to at least keep an extra roll of toilet paper under the sink. After a long flight and drive who wants to jump in the car right away and shop. We have stayed at the house next door which was a little more stocked. Overall we would go back.

New Year Celebration with friends !

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay bringing in 2015. The house is structured so that the way the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up it afforded enough privacy for 7 adults and 2 teenage children. Plenty of space and all the luxuries of home. Thank you for sharing your home Ian. We loved it.
