Sleeps 9 max, (if the family bunk bedroom sleeps 3 instead of 2bed as there is a full bottom)

A modern open plan family home, with a fresh and airy family room with a wide screen tv and brand-new sofas. Patio doors lead out onto the spacious pool deck. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an American Refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast bar with seating for three-. Formal dining with seating for 6. Utility room with full washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Twin bedroom with 2 twin (single) beds . Family bedroom with a bunk bed- being a twin (single) on top and a full bed (double) at the bottom.
