The Space:

Step onto the private pool deck and feel the warm Davenport air drift across the water, or unwind in the spacious living area after a day at the nearby parks. The townhouse blends playful charm with comfortable space, creating a calm place to reconnect with family and friends.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers four bedrooms that sleep ten. Downstairs, a bedroom with a Queen bed accommodates two guests. Upstairs, one room holds two Twin beds, another features two Bunk beds that sleep four, and the final bedroom provides a King bed for two. Four bathrooms are distributed throughout, ensuring easy mornings and relaxed evenings.



Indoor living

A flat‑screen TV and ample seating invite you to gather in the living area. The full kitchen, equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, lets you prepare meals at your own pace. A dining table and children’s dinnerware make family meals effortless. Essentials such as washer, dryer, air‑conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or relaxed getaways.



Outdoor living

Your private pool offers a refreshing spot to cool off, with optional heating available for an additional charge. Outdoor furniture provides a place to lounge between swims or enjoy evening breezes.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
