Pool Heater Information
Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee plus tax and require a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please note that the pool heater may take 24–48 hours to reach the desired temperature depending on outdoor weather conditions. While we do our best to maintain comfortable temperatures, heater performance may vary during colder weather. Refunds for pool heating are limited to verified equipment malfunctions only. No additional compensation will be provided.
Parking Information
Guests may park in the driveway and designated parking or overflow areas throughout the resort. Please do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Encore Resort strictly enforces parking regulations, and violations may result in towing at the guest’s expense.
Trash Disposal
Please place all trash inside secured trash bags and dispose of them in the exterior trash bins. Trash is collected daily. We kindly ask guests to help keep the property and community clean by properly containing all waste.

House Rules
• No smoking inside the home. A $250 non-compliance fee will apply.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed on the property, including visiting pets. Violations will result in a $300 fee plus any damages or additional cleaning costs.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
• For system performance, please keep thermostat settings above 72°F. and keep all doors/windows closed while using the AC.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighboring homes and guests.
• All furniture, towels, linens, and household items must remain inside the property.
• Guests are responsible for reporting accidental damages immediately.
• Towels and linens should not be used for makeup removal, self-tanning products, or cleaning purposes. Damaged or missing linens may incur replacement charges.
• Excessive trash or abnormal cleaning conditions may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pool Use & Safety Notice
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the home includes a private swimming pool and spa. Use of the pool and surrounding areas is entirely at the guest’s own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are fully responsible for supervising children and all members of their party at all times while using the pool area.

For child safety, the home is equipped with a removable child safety fence as required by Florida law. Please ensure the child safety fence remains properly installed whenever young children are present. Do not tamper with or disable any pool safety devices. No diving, running, rough play, or glass containers are permitted in or around the pool area. Pool decks may become slippery when wet. During thunderstorms or lightning, guests must immediately exit the pool area. The property owner and management company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses related to pool use during the stay.
