Upstairs you’ll find four uniquely styled bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, custom wood furnishings, a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-vanity granite sinks. A quiet queen bedroom provides a restful retreat, while two playful kids’ rooms promise endless smiles. Little ones will adore the Mickey-themed bedroom with two full-size beds and cheerful décor. Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Festival Resort is a peaceful, gated community surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty—lush greenery, tranquil ponds, and walking paths. Located just off I-4, you're a quick drive to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and all the magic of Orlando. Nearby, you’ll also find groceries, restaurants, golf courses, and outlet malls, making it easy to stock up, dine out, or enjoy a shopping spree between theme park adventures.
Getting Around:
Driving is the most convenient way to explore everything Orlando has to offer. Festival Resort is just minutes from I-4, giving you fast access to Disney (about 15 mins), Universal (25 mins), and Orlando International Airport (30 mins). Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Free parking is provided at the home, and there’s plenty of space for multiple cars.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
