Our host was very polite and responsive. The unit we stayed in was really nice. The resort was nice but the arcade area needs to work on having their games all up and running. The outside areas were all nice. Staff is very friendly and good location

Yes. Great place. New large pools and rooms.There is a few things you have to sign and pay for at the 2 front desks (keys, parking pass) before you can get in. The rooms are brand new and very modern. The kitchens have all the needed amenities (coffee machine, pans, silverware, wine glasses, cups, plates for a family for a day).

It was clean. The host communicated with all info. It was family friendly. Kitchen was ok. Stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, and cutlery. However there was only 3 coffee cups, and 2 glasses for our party of 4.

The townhouse is in a cute little gated community, and had a lot of beach toys and kid friendly items stashed away in the closets. The resort pool is a lot of fun, and the check in desk was very convenient. We had a couple miscommunications about the listing and fees, and the owner and property manager were very responsive and worked with us to make sure our stay was a good one. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely go back again.

We noticed broken vertical blinds on ground level bedroom so no privacy, tubs and sinks that wouldn’t drain, curtains half falling off the living room, broken dresser drawers and no access to adjust thermostat. Reached out to host for 3 days with messages through VRBO and calling but never received a call back. Also to use the pool and other amenities you have a fee

It is a safe place to stay with family near the parks or surrounding areas. It is a comfortable place. The communication was non-existent. Asked several questions to the property manager and reported an issue we found when we checked in with a window blind. We received zero reaponse- not even an acknowledgement of the messages!

Family stay from MD

Lovely townhome, in a nice resort with decent amenities. Pool and slide were smaller than picture portray, but they were never over crowded. Townhome needs some minor maintenance, bunk beds were very creaky with any movement and a few wobbly closet doors and dresser drawers that were difficult to open and close, but very nice for a rental. Cleaners didnt do thr best job. Found dirty socks in one room, and food wrappers and other trash in several areas. Also air vents were very dusty. But again not gross, just not as clean as i would have liked. Owner was great with communication and accommodating. Resort fees were higher than they should be, in my opinion.

A Perfect Getaway!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Our family had everything we needed during our stay and my kids loved the pool area. We were close to all of our daily activities. We would definitely stay again.

Good place to vacation with kids

We had fun family vacation in FL. Initially, we had a few issues the first day we arrived. The owners seemed very caring and quickly addressed/solved every issue to make the rest of our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again just for that reason. After long days at the theme parks, it was nice to come back to this property to rest or swim at the pool. We slept well on the beds. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for simple meals. The pool was a huge hit with our kids and we loved that it was open late into the evening. We enjoyed the use of inner tubes and boogie boards for the lazy river which were provided in the unit. There was some walled-off construction happening with signs saying that another pool would be coming soon. The outdoor hot tub was usually crowded but the indoor one was always available with nobody in it. We really appreciated the stroller provided in the closet which we used instead of our own at the theme parks. The drive to the theme parks only took about forty minutes. Walmart was only twenty minutes away, so we would shop there for lower prices than Publix. Overall, this was a great place to stay with our children while we explored Orlando and nearby areas!

Great place for a family vacation

We stayed here for 4 days and the experience was great. There was an issue the 1st day and even being later in the evening, Dan messaged me back immediately and it was resolved by the next day. It comfortably fit 8 people with the 6 beds in 3 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Its a little further from the pool(about a 10 minute walk) but a quick car ride takes care of that. Its convenient to everything we needed. My only suggestion is possibly updating and/or adding more cookware. We decided to cook a few meals but it was a little difficult with the limited cookware. We hope to stay there again soon. Thank you for everything!

Great location, quiet neighborhood.

The location of this property was great. Communication with the property owner was open and they were responsive. We did not have any issues with the location or the check in process as everything went smoothly. The home itself does have some wear and tear so do not expect this home to be pristine. However, it was great for our 6 night stay and fit our needs very well. Any issues or questions we had, we reached out and there was not hesitation regarding responses. Beds were comfortable and I was very happy that this location had 4 beds in one room so that all 3 of my boys could sleep together in one room and no one was left out during this trip. It was also nice to have everyone have their own bathrooms and space!

family staycation

we went for my daughters birthday which happened to fall on thanksgiving week. The house was absolutely beautiful. The host was incredibly communicative. The amenities were amazing. Will definitely be going back again.

Misleading

The property stated it has 2 king beds it does not it’s 1 king, 1 queen and two bunk beds that have full beds on the bottom and twins on the top. Definitely could do better with the cleaning as there was previous guests food and hair throughout the house as well as thick dust on fans, vents and doors. However the location is great and has all the amenities you will need close by but
