Please note that the private pool is unguarded and no lifeguard is on duty. While the pool area is equipped with a safety gate, guests are responsible for supervising children and non-swimmers at all times.

🚗 PARKING:
The resort requires a one-time $20 registration fee per vehicle, payable at the clubhouse upon arrival (open daily from 8:00 AM–10:00 PM). Guests arriving after hours may register the following morning.
Please note RVs, trailers, boats, and campers are not permitted within the resort community.

Failure to register a pet will result in a $200 pet fee.

🚫 STRICTLY NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES:
To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, early termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and/or charges in accordance with Airbnb policies and AirCover for Hosts.

* Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation

* Truvi background check MUST be completed BEFORE receiving the door code. If you do not complete Truvi before your check in day, your reservation will be canceled.
* Early check-in / late check-out may be available for a fee; request at least one day before arrival/departure.

🐾Pet Policy
* Maximum of 1 pet. Pet fee (will be requested to pay after booking):
1-7 days: $25 a day
7+ days: $200 total
Pet must be added to the reservation or an automatic $200 fee will apply.
* Pets are not permitted in common areas of the community.

💳 Additional Fees May Apply For The Following
* Damage beyond normal wear and tear
* Unauthorized early check-in / late check-out
* Exceeding max occupancy
* Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property — inside, on the pool deck, in the garage, or near entryways. Any detectable smoke or vape odor will result in a $500 remediation fee and removal from the property without refund.
* Pets in violation (automatic max pet fee of $200 for each additional pet)
*Excessive cleaning or pet cleaning needed
* Missing or damaged items/linens
* TV & Gaming console/accessories missing or damaged
* Excessive noise (10 PM – 7 AM + can include eviction)
* Leaving home excessively messy
* Trash left outside (use appropriate disposal)
* Plumbing issues from improper use
* Tampering with Wi-Fi, doorbell, cameras or TV equipment
* Repairs resulting from the A/C being set below 68°F, including frozen or damaged pipes.
* Repairs to pool/ hot tub due to misuse
* Any other similar situations not listed

🪜Stairs
* 2 story home with interior stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are located.

🚫 NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, cigars, or any similar substances.

Smoking inside the home, on balconies, patios, or near entrances that results in any detectable odor will result in a minimum $500 additional cleaning and odor remediation fee.

The property may utilize odor-detection and remediation methods (including professional cleaning, air purification, and ozone or similar treatments) to restore the home to a smoke-free condition.

Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
If a party is detected, it may result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction without refund.
