The living room includes a Smart TV for your entertainment. Also on this level is a convenient king bedroom suite with its own bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the spacious master suite with a king bed, offering a private escape. Another queen bedroom provides a comfortable stay, while the kids will be enchanted by the magical Harry Potter-themed room with two twin beds. A shared bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the second floor.

Step outside to your own private patio, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.
* A barbecue grill can be rented for an additional fee of $65 per stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your check-in date.
