Resort pass sharing is not allowed
Security cameras: doorbell camera facing the driveway and another facing the garage. Motion-activated, for security only. Tampering is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund

Pool heat: $35/day (must request 3 days before arrival, for the full stay)
Grill rental: 4-burner $105/week (request 1 week before arrival, oil pan required; extra cleaning fees may apply if patio is stained)
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 4 PM (firm). No early check-ins. Guests may use clubhouse/resort amenities while waiting
Check-out: 10 AM (firm). No late check-outs. Guests with late flights may continue using resort amenities until departure
Amenities at the Property:
Linens and bathroom towels (bathroom use only; bring your own for pool/beach/waterpark)
Starter supplies provided: trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase extra for longer stays
