Du er velkommen til at nyde din ferie i denne smukke villa på et forbløffende sted. Den mest populære feriedestination i Orlando, Florida er Champions Gate. Oasis Clubhouse har doven flod, vandrutsjebane, børnepark, restaurant, fitnesscenter, yogaklasser, filmlokale, cabanas, tiki-bar og ligger meget tæt på villaen, kun kort gåafstand. Mister ikke muligheden for at være i Champions Gate, du har også golf-, tennis- og volleyballbaner.
Champions Gate er tæt på Disney World og også tæt på de store motorveje som US 192 og I4.
Dette vidunderlige hus er splinternyt med 6 luksuriøse soveværelser med følgende distribution: 1 konge soveværelser nedenunder, 1 konge soveværelse ovenpå, 2 dronning soveværelser ovenpå, 1 soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge og et soveværelse med to køjesenge og rummelig opholdsstue, privat pool og spa, fuldt udstyret køkken, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, grill / grill og mere. The host was not very accommodating and the place was in fair at best condition. Not well equipped or stocked with necessities. No extra TP or PT and no soap or dishwasher detergent. When asked I was told to go get it at the store. The tub drain was plugged and the lanai and pool were dirty and not well maintained (torn screens and weeds growing up through the pavers). The size and price were right but I expected a nicer place overall.

The home has potential, but the house desperately needs some repairs and updates. The check-in process was okay except for the property manager didn’t give my name to the gate (and I did provide it weeks before). The goodThe home is large with plenty of room for everyone. There were plenty of pots and pans available for cooking as well as utensils for everyone. The pool area is nice and has a hot tub and decent sized pool. The pool water was perfect, even without pool heat. The bedrooms were sizable. The shared space on the second floor was nice too. Not all of the rooms had TV's (which I liked). The internet and cable are reliable and fast. The main floor was nicely decorated.Not goodIn general, the house needs several things fixed and cleaned. Many of the door locks on the bathrooms were broken; not enough seating in the dining area; carpet needs cleaned; several pieces of furniture that were broken; and the dishwasher didn’t work very well.The HVAC filter was disgusting, two people in our group have allergies and were sneezing all week. One of the toilets upstairs had a slow leak into the tank. There are many other issues too, but won’t fit in this review.The outside area needs a very deep cleaning (especially the patio pavers). The pool had black hair and bugs in it because of the several large, gaping holes in the lanai screening. We couldn’t enjoy the pool are in the evening without getting attacked by bugs.

Cool Place

The house is nice. Lots of space. Love the pool and hot tub although sometimes the hot tub took a little while to warm up which we paid for. But all in all great house and amenities.

We looked forward to our stay with our family. The host had great communication prior to our arrival. Our check in process was seamless.We paid for pool heat the pool was not heated and hot tub was not hot or working upon arrival. A new part had to be ordered for the hot tub. When I asked for a partial refund for the heating cost, the host took a several days to respond. But did eventually respond and refund us. Overall the house was dirty and needs many updates. Walls and baseboards very dirty. All the vents are full of dust. There was a bandaid found in a “clean” bed. The patio furniture is very outdated and not clean. Very dirty and missing cushions. Kitchen is missing basic things like mixing bowls, utensils, and basic pans.

Nice Place

Nice house in a great community. House is very basic but is priced accordingly compared to other houses in the same neighborhood. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again when we visit next year.

The home was nice, but there are a few things I think could improve. Cleanliness was a issue for me. It did not have that *clean* smell that I would expect from a rental property. When we tried to use the dishes, many of them were not properly clean. Another thing is that the hot tub wasn’t ever really hot. It seemed to be the same temperature as the heated pool. I would also say the trips to the Disney parks was painful. The traffic was so heavy, it turned a 25-30min trip into an hour Every time. Wish we could have explored the clubhouse more, it seemed like a great time!

The house was nice, in need of updating though

Over all the house was really nice and the pool and hot tub was nice, getting in and out of hot tub is a little tricky as there’s no ladder or anything to grab onto when lowering yourself down into it or getting out of it. Hand rails on staircase were loose, I guess the biggest hassle was getting into the gate every single day, the security guards kept saying that they didn’t have the property listed as rented for the week by the homeowner and yet the host said that they did let them know that we rented it for the week.

Very spacious/ gated community

Very spacious house. Our group of 13 had tons of space (6 bed and 6 baths). We had some issues checking in but it was resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked big breakfast. We also had an issue with hot water one day but it was fine 90% of the time. The supplies were somewhat minimal, we had to buy paper towels, additional toilet paper, trash bags.. AC worked well. Swimming pool was tiny. We were able to park 2 cars in driveway, we pulled one in the garage and one parked on the road (didn’t seem to be an issue.). We were about an hour from Busch gardens and 30 mins from sea world. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Could use new pillows. Quiet neighborhood despite being very large. Would stay again and recommend.

Love the space

The house was beautiful spacious and had great hot water. There was plenty to do in the clubhouse and a Publix on both sides of us which made it convenient for shopping for meals and little things you’ll need for this house. We had great game nights at the large living room areas and the kitchen was big enough for us to have Buffet style meals. My only inconvenience is there were ants on the stairs. We had to use bug spray in the downstairs bathroom as well for random water bugs. We also didn’t have one wash cloth or dish rag in the whole 6 bathroom house. But over all we had the best time. And those few issues were easily fixed with a quick run the store. The check in process was easy and fast. The people at the front gate aren’t the friendliest but we only had to deal with them once. Me and my family get together like this every year so we would be more than happy to return next year and for years to come.

Awesome location

Awesome location!!! The amenities Champions Gate offers were great- from the common areas, public pools for community and slides to coming back to the house to our own private pool. House was spacious. The house could be cleaner. Within the kitchen it lacked having enough cups, silverware for our group which was 9 people but house was for 15+ people. Some basic cooking essentials needed (cookie sheet, platters, pitchers, casserole dish). Though the listing said they do not supply propane for the grill, the grill was absolutely disgusting! There were 2 empty tanks, one hooked to the grill- but we couldn’t even get it off it was on so tight. So the grill was a wash that week- but honestly needs to be replaced. The patio furniture could use replacement too. All in all the amenities and spaciousness the house offered were great, it could just use a few upgrades and restock of things that need replacement which are more than likely from overuse.

Great property if updated and cleaned

The house is a great location to the clubhouse. Check in was good. House don’t look to be “truly “ cleaned in who know how long. Serviced cleaned at the best. We rent our places for a month at a time, so we could go into lots of detail.. This place would be awesome if it would be properly cleaned. Needs Updated bedding. Most were stained. It needs New pillows, towels. All are very worn and you can tell. Basic maintenance of the property. We showed up with the fridge shelving broken. We said something never fixed. We had to use a baking sheet for a shelf (which we had to buy since there was no baking stuff) the garbage disposal was broken, they did fix that, but the sink still leaked, and they never came back to fix. The washing machine sounds like it’s going to blow up. The garage is able to be used, but smelt so bad like rotting garbage. The hand rails are about to fall off, and the tax strip of the carpeting are coming through on all edges. Don’t step hard on the stair close to the risers as well as the threshold of upper master bathroom. We stabbed our toes multiple times. I’m not bashing the place. It’s great location, good space, but for the amount of money we paid it could have been updated and cleaned. The pool is nice, the outside also hasn’t been cleaned in how long. The bricks were stained and filthy, the bbq is rotted out. Don’t waste your time. The furniture is very uncomfortable, needs new pads, sun lovers… it only gets morning and early afternoon sun.

Amplia y acogedora, con todo lo necesario para para sentirse en casa, sin embargo, a pesar de la limpieza, se encontraron cucarachas vivas y muertas, lo cual no fue muy agradable. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado pero nos resolvieron amablemente la situación. La comunicación muy atenta.

Okay but VERY DIRTY

The house had a perfect layout and location. However; it needs major cleaning and updating. The towels/bedding were old and stained, the pillows were disgusting, the stair railing was broken, there were old takeout containers in the fridge, dirty dishes in the cupboard, among other things. Community was awesome, communication was easy, house was spacious. We would stay again ONLY if all the issuess were addressed - the dirtiness definitely outweighed the positives.

Great Friend Vacation

We did have a great time at the house. Lots of amenities and the host was very gracious to let us in early. My only suggestion would to have may be a deep clean of the house, and the pool did not seem real clean at the time of arrival. All and all, great vacation
