This 6-bedroom home at Solterra Resort is built for big groups. The star of the show is the garage-turned-galaxy game room, a bold Star Wars-inspired space with a pool table, foosball, classic arcade games, and a cozy lounge with a large TV for movie night. While the kids battle it out in the game room or chill in the upstairs family lounge, adults can relax in the main living area or unwind in the spa.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept main level with cheerful coastal colors and plush blue sofas. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island with bar seating, flowing into both a stylish formal dining table and a casual dining area. * To access Solterra Resort amenities, there is a fee payable directly at the clubhouse. The fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more. This is a one-time fee for your entire stay.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
