*Heated pool/hot tub is option at $35/day ($45/day for November-March) and BBQ grill (propane)is optional at $85/reservation. The two options need to be paid at least 2 days before arrival. If guests request pool heat after they arrive, $45 trip fee will be charged. Guests are expected to pay at least 3 consecutive days' heated pool/spa option.
*NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and absolutely NO SMOKING at this property. If any violation is found, guests will have to leave the property immediately and no money paid for booking will be refunded.
*Trash: Trash is picked up daily. Guests are expected to put trash in 13-gallon trash bags and put packed trash in the trash bin located in front of the garage by 7 am. No loose trash is allowed in the trash bin.
*Registration: Guests 18 years or older need to be pre-registered in the DwellingLive gate system by hosts before arrival. When at the gate, driver from each car needs to have their photo ID ready to register with the gate guy, and then collect their parking pass at the clubhouse front desk.
*Parking: You can park 2 cars in the garage and 4 cars on the driveway. Cars parked along the street needs to have the parking pass displayed on the car windshield to avoild being towed.
*STARTER SET: A starter set of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags are provided for your first day. Publix and CVS are less than one mile away.
*FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided.
*TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place bagged trash in the trash bin in front of the garage each night. Trash must be bagged, otherwise it will be rejected by trash removal workers. NO loose trash is allowed in the trash bin.
*Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.
