This newly built home features modern, high-end décor and spacious interiors, designed for comfort and style. The open-concept living space seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living room, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. The spacious outdoor area offers a heatable private pool and lounge furniture, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day at the parks.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Chic master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Lavish king suite featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Modern king suite featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Mickey-themed room with two single beds
Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor): Harry Potter-themed room with two double beds
(Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom, there is a half bathroom on the 1st floor)

For a hassle-free stay, the home includes a laundry room, free WiFi, complimentary parking, and a welcome kit with essential kitchen and bathroom items for a smooth arrival. Please note that Doppio Westside is a brand-new community, and the clubhouse is still under construction, meaning no community amenities are available at this time.
