Affordable 3 Bedroom Townhouse near Disney

Your family will be close to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls when you stay at this security gated community, centrally-located duplex townhome. Located just 11 miles to Disney World, Seaworld and Aquatica, 16 miles to Universal Studios and 17 miles to MCO Airport. If you need retail therapy just 12 miles away is the Orlando Premium Outlets.
The space
24 hour live security guard at the front gate for extra safety precautions for your family. It’s a beautiful duplex townhome all yours during your stay. Downstairs is the double sofa living room, perfects for family time and playing games, washing and drying machine, kitchen with an eating counter and a dining area. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor with a king size bed and a private full bathroom with a Water jet tub for maximum relaxation. On the second floor we have one full bathroom, a half bathroom and two bed rooms. One room with two twin size beds and the other room with a full size bed. Each room has a television. You’ll be walking distance from one of the four pools and one of our many playgrounds. Parking is available this place is really the PERFECT home away from home. This rental has four pools, game room, theater, two volleyball courts, a basketball court, and a tennis court. We also have a car wash center on site. The main pool is heated with a Jacuzzi. You have access to a fitness center and if you like to relax you can always go fishing in the lake.

Fun in the Sun

Our stay at Venetian Bay Villages was a pleasure. The overall facility was very well groomed and people and staff were very inviting. The house was great for our purpose and the Mickey theme was a blast for the little one. It was a little outdated and does require some tlc but overall was comfortable and had all that we needed for our stay. Michelle was a great pleasure to deal with and made sure our stay was smooth.

Nice vacation home

Very nice place for family vacation near Disney. We haven't been to the larger pool, just the smaller one just outside the townhouse which was great and not crowded at all. Security staff was absolutely correct but not unfriendly.

Relaxing

We had a relaxing time. Michelle is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Everything is conveniently located. I loved that there was a small pool close by. The largest pool is a bit of a walk, so we chose to drive. Grocery stores and gas stations are close. It's in a great location if you want to go places or just stay put and relax.

Amazing vacation

The location was easy to find. The pools and hot tub were awesome. And the kids loved the arcade. Oh and the gym 🏋️‍♂️ 💪. This place is accessible to everywhere. Shopping, food, entertainment, activities, etc. Every thing is within proximity. I am definitely staying here again. I can't believe my time is up already. Michelle makes everything so convenient and she makes sure that you are comfortable. My homie. Thanks a million Michelle. 😊. Can't wait for the next time around.

Great Home Base for Disney Visit!

Our family spent a week in the area visiting theme parks and doing other fun stuff. We looked for a nice location away from Disney that was affordable, offered the space we needed and had some nice amenities. This place hit the spot! Nice, cozy little condo unit with all of the necessities. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The teenagers could escape to the upstairs bedroom at night. The kitchen and downstairs had all of the extras. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

Michelle is attentive to every detail and always available. Her condo is perfectly suited for a family with a first floor master and 2 more bedrooms upstairs! Plenty of space for everyone to be together but have your own space. The condo grounds are very well maintained and safe with beautiful pools and plenty of seating with umbrellas. Road trip 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Heated pool nearby. If we needed to contact Michelle, she responded immediately. We stayed for 16 days and really felt like home. Overall, we loved it and surely we will go back in the future and we recommend this place.

Nice place only issue is the process for entering the property. Security guard had to come out and scan you plate every time instead of just providing QR code or digital access. Three pools, one right outside our door. Lots of Canadian snow birds.

Christmas/New Year Vacation

Our family experience with Michelle and her property was excellent. We arrived the day before Christmas and she was able to set up a Christmas Tree in the condo to allow for Santa to drop gifts off for our kids. The location was perfect, with 20-30min drive to Disney parks. Michelle was very responsive to our text messages and calls. She is very accommodating and her place has the Disney feel to it with all the decorations. We forgot our daughters necklace back at her place when we left and she said that she would mail it out for us. Thank you in advance Michelle!!!!

Family friendly home away from home ❤️

My family and I were in town for a week to attend my sons football tournament. The home felt like home away from home. Many stores and restaurants in the area. My children enjoyed the trips to the pool. Last but not least the host Michelle was very informative and pleasant during this whole experience. I usually book hotels and this was my first time booking a home. I would definitely consider staying again if traveling back to FL.

Amazing home and wonderful owner!

This townhome is perfect! Clean, comfortable and we loved the Disney touches. The community has so many amenities and we always felt safe there because of the gated entrance. But the best part of our stay was the owner Michelle! We were there for 4 weeks due to our home being flooded during Hurricane Ian. Michelle was so very understanding and kind, no matter what our questions were, and she was so caring and concerned about our situation while we looked for another home. We highly recommend this wonderful townhome, and especially recommend Michelle! Thank you!!!

Michelle (our host) is amazing!

The property (including Venetian Bay) facilities were great. Our unit was clean, well appointed and a great alternative to extremely expensive Disney lodgings. Venetian Bay is only about 15 miles from Disney World, and but for heavy Orlando traffic, is not a difficult drive. If I had a criticism, it would be that the satellite pools and picnic areas close way to early. After a long day at Disney it would have been nice to take advantage of these facilities, but that was not possible because of their early closing. But enough about physical things! The real gem of our stay was Michelle. She was wonderful. She was a joy to talk to, very responsive to our needs, and a cutomer service extraordinaire. Thank you Michelle.

USA Special Olympics Summer Games 2022

We came down to Florida to watch my daughter participate in the USA Special Olympics games on the cheerleading squad. The townhouse was very Nice clean and the area was very quiet. The property was just as described on the VRBO site. Very close to the parks and especially ESPN where they participated in cheer. Michelle was an exceptional host and very prompt to reply to any messages. We experienced no problems during our stay would like to thank Michelle for allowing us to share her townhouse. Peggy

One of the best places I've stayed so far!

This place was exactly like the photos, it was so clean and made me feel like home. The checking in process was so smooth. Michelle provided me with my check in information the day before and even allowed me to check in earlier than the 4pm check in time. Michelle accomodated me and my family and we felt so welcomed. The main pool was amazing and clean, the spa area was also very clean and the people there was so friendly. Also, there is a pool right by the home, so if we didn't want to walk to the main pool then we didn't have to. We've met some people traveling from different areas and invited my family and I for BBQ and it was awesome. This place will be my go to place when I want to take a little stay cation every once in a while. Michelle thank you for hosting us and we look forward to staying in your home in the near future.

I loved the property. I didn’t like the area in front which is a swamp area. Be cognizant if it.

Property upkeep was very good. I had a small issue with not having adequate toiletries and I would not recommend location if you have kids that like to play outside due to the swamp or wetland area in front that’s not gated.

Fabulous property! Outstanding host!

From the minute we entered the property security had our name and quickly got us checked in. Everything was very well maintained and clean from the apartment itself to the 4 swimming pools. It was a perfect home base for our Spring Break Holiday. If you are looking for the perfect property for both kids and parents, you found it! The kids have 2 bedrooms with a full bath upstairs while the adults have a beautiful 1st floor master with a full bath and a large jacuzzi tub!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want! Michelle is a wonderful host, available and willing to help make our holiday nothing short of fabulous. Highly recommend!!

Very clean, comfortable and great proximity to everything we wanted!

Our host Michelle was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were taken care of. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s in a quiet location tucked in the back. Lots of space in the bedrooms and master bath. Beds were pretty comfortable but a bit noisy…overall we slept well. Adding a rubber spatula for your pans and a dish cloth for the kitchen would be helpful. We were in close proximity to places to eat, and all the activities we needed. Thanks for a great family friendly place to stay!

Place is meh, my car was towed inside the complex

The complex is dated compared to other vacation props, The place is clean except for the ceiling fans down stairs which had caked on dust, the fans are old, noisy, and flimsy, both mattresses are cheap and super loud, when you sit on them they compress all the way down, I have videos and pics, I did not have a good night sleep there, neither did my wife or my friend that was with us in the other bedroom, my kids were fine. The place never really felt cold, even if the air was on 71. I woke up Sunday morning and my car was gone, another man in the parking lot said his friend’s car was towed and gave me the number to the tow place. They said my parking pass which is neon green was not on my dash, it was on my center console and you can see it, I have pictures, it costs me 175 cash only to get my car back, the tow place says security calls them to tow. You have to register your car when you first get into the complex at the guarded gate, then he checks it every time you get in. The host offered to drive me to the tow place. I suspect the host was parked in the parking lot and watching me check out, I was out before the scheduled time.
