Spend sunny Florida afternoons swimming in your private screened pool, relaxing in the spa or enjoying refreshments at the tropical poolside bar. The outdoor lounge area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a full day at the theme parks.

Vacation fun continues at home in the immersive retro-gaming room. Challenge the family to a game of pool or foosball, enjoy the gaming console and arcade-style entertainment, or settle in for an evening of friendly competition.

The home’s seven bedrooms provide a comfortable arrangement for extended families and groups traveling together:

• One winter-castle-inspired bedroom with two full beds

Younger guests can enter imaginative worlds inspired by playful yellow helpers, legendary hero teams and a sparkling winter castle, while adults enjoy spacious king accommodations designed for rest and privacy.

The maximum permitted occupancy is 18 guests, regardless of the number of available beds.

The open living area gives everyone room to reconnect between adventures. Prepare family meals in the well-equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table or relax together in the comfortable main living space.

A washer and dryer are available for added convenience during longer stays. This is a self-catering vacation home, and guests should plan to purchase additional paper products, trash bags, soaps and other consumable supplies after the provided starter supply has been used.

Registered guests may enjoy access to Solara Resort’s impressive clubhouse and recreation areas, including:

Resort amenities are operated independently and are subject to operating hours, capacity restrictions, maintenance, weather, special events and temporary closures.

FlowRider® Surf Simulator

Use of the FlowRider® is not included with standard resort amenity access. Current publicly advertised pricing is:

• 30-minute session: $34.99 plus tax
• 60-minute session: $44.99 plus tax

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Pool and Spa Heating

Pool heating is available from October through May for **$55 per day, including tax**. Pool heating should be requested and paid for before arrival to allow sufficient time for the water to reach the requested temperature.

Spa heat may be requested year-round for **$30 per day, including tax**.

Pool and spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed during unusually cold weather. When the outside temperature is 55°F or below, pool-heating systems may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. Pool heating is not recommended when extended cold weather is expected in Central Florida.

Propane Grill Access

A propane grill is available onsite for **$70 per stay, including tax**. Once payment is received, guests will be provided with the access code for the grill.

The grill is provided in reasonably clean condition. Guests are asked to clean the cooking surface after each use and leave the grill reasonably clean and tidy at the end of their stay. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional charge.

For safety, the grill must remain outdoors in an open, ventilated area and may not be moved inside the screened pool enclosure, garage or home.

SOLARA RESORT COMMUNITY RULES

To protect the community and ensure a pleasant experience for residents and guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:

• The primary guest must provide the full names of all overnight guests before arrival for resort gate registration.
• Only registered guests may stay at or use the property. Maximum occupancy may not exceed 18 guests.
• Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
• Community quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Please keep music, voices and outdoor activity at a respectful level.
• Vehicles must be parked only in the home’s designated driveway or approved resort parking areas.
• Street parking and parking on sidewalks, lawns, landscaping or vacant lots are prohibited.
• Vehicles may not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, fire lanes or roadways.
• Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers and oversized vehicles may be restricted by the resort.
• Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the private pool, spa and resort water amenities.
• Resort facilities may be used only during posted operating hours and in accordance with all posted rules.
• Smoking, vaping and pets are not permitted inside the home.
• Guests are responsible for any resort, HOA, parking, trash or noise fines resulting from violations by anyone in their party.

Resort security and the homeowners association may enforce community rules, restrict amenity access, issue fines or require guests to leave the community for serious or repeated violations.

TRASH POLICY

Solara Resort provides regular valet trash collection. To ensure collection and avoid community violations:

• All household trash must be placed inside securely tied 13-gallon kitchen trash bags.
• Place tied bags inside the designated trash bench or receptacle near the front entrance.
• Place trash in the bench by 7:00 a.m. for daily collection unless updated instructions are provided in your arrival guide.
• Keep the trash-bench lid completely closed.
• Do not leave trash bags on the curb, sidewalk, driveway, lawn or beside the trash bench.
• Loose trash, liquids, grocery bags, oversized bags and excessively heavy bags will not be collected.
• Cardboard boxes must be emptied and broken down flat.
• Large items and excessive trash are the guest’s responsibility and may require off-site disposal.
• Trash should be removed from inside the home regularly and must not be allowed to accumulate during the stay.

The most current collection instructions provided before or during arrival will apply if the resort changes its collection schedule.
