🔐 Champions Gate has a staffed entry gate. Once your booking is confirmed, please send us the full names of all drivers so they can be registered for entry.



🚗 Up to 6 vehicles (or 3 large passenger vans) are allowed at the home. Please don't block sidewalks or park on the street. Motorcycles and golf carts are allowed only if street-legal and registered, and must be kept inside the garage.



🚫 Not allowed on the property, except for temporary loading/unloading: commercial vehicles, RVs, motor homes, trailers and boats.

🗑️ Trash must be properly bagged — $150 cleaning fee otherwise.



📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

📷 Exterior cameras cover the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house, for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the home.

🔇 An indoor sensor measures noise levels for community quiet hours — no audio is ever recorded.



📦 Packages: use UPS, FedEx or Amazon (door delivery). USPS mail and parcels go to a mailbox we don't have access to.
