*- Kitchen and bathroom supplies are starter amounts, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount. The nearest supermarket is approximately 2miles away.

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.

3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.

Camera: NO SECURITY CAMEARA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring door bell at the front door will be on during your stay.

We had a great experience staying at this property! The host replied to any messages VERY promptly and the property is perfect for a family Disney trip. The bedrooms are well appointed and the kids rooms are cute. The beds in both master suites are very comfortable. Kids loved the game room and the heated pool. I was nervous about the hot tub getting up to temp, but turning the outside jet timer on heated it up to 104 in 20 minutes or so. We would get home from the parks, turn the heater on, and by the time kids were unloaded and in bed it was the perfect temp for the adults to relax in. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and Spacious

If you have multiple families coming down this way ans you are all trying to stay in the same condo this is a perfect placd for you. The house is clean, it has plenty of space for different family members and it has multiple beds. The only downside is that the owner doesn't wanr people messing with the thermostat and sometimes that will make you have to utilize fans to keep cool. Other than that, our group truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

Equipped with everything you need. House smelled very good and clean. However the beds were very hard and I just couldn’t get good sleep with the loud noise and hard beds

Stay

The place was clean and nice inside, the outdoor space is so close to the neighbors space you can almost touch them. They could really use some sort of plants or privacy shades! Felt like i was on vacation with the stangers next door. Thank God they were nice, because they were that close. The pictures look like you have privacy.

getting all the important things right

We arrived late at night, and had a super hard time finding the guardhouse. other than that, the home was just advertised. The host was responsive and friendly! would definitely stay here again, should we head back to Orlando any time soon. well worth the money. actually, it's a great deal for the price. thanks again!

Dance Nationals and Family Vacation

We loved staying at this location. It had everything we needed, clean and comforable, and close to everything!! The host was easy to communcate with and got back to us quickly. When baking sheets were no where to be found they rushed ordered a set to us. The only issue we had was how loud the neighbors were into the early hours. Other than that it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Lots of hiccups

While the property was clean and appeared as it was listed in the pictures, there were several things that happened during our stay. I paid to have the spa(hot tub) heated and found that the jets were not blowing properly and the pool was dirty on the day of our arrival. I contacted the host and let them know the issues. I was told that someone would look at it. It was not fixed until the 2nd to last day that we were there and while we still paid for it to be heated every day of our stay. Come to find out the blower was broken and needed to be replaced. We also found a used shower cap on the bottom of the pool the first day that we arrived after being told by the host that the pool was cleaned 2 days prior to our arrival. We found that one of the outside chairs was broken. The leg was broken on it and it was set upright. If one of my family members would have sat in it, they could have been hurt. In the master bathroom, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. The air conditioner had turned itself off and we came home to a 90 degree house that evening. After contacting the property manager, they sent someone out the next day and tried to tell us we set the stat to 40 degrees which did not happen. They blew out the pipes and left the carpet soaking wet which was dripping through the ceiling onto the main floor.

The Owner’s thought of everything!

The decor, themed rooms, full kitchen necessities, plenty of space, private pool, gaming room and billiard pool for entertainment was excellent. The extra community lazy river and slides also kept the kids busy without added cost for a relaxing day in between all the Disney/Universal time. With so many to rent in this community I would choose this house again. Be aware of extra cost to heat the pool and use the grill.
