A/C maintenance and pest control are monthly. Service persons may have to enter the house for A/C maintenance or pest control during your stay. If that the case we will try to inform you ahead of time. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stored are just 5 minutes away.

Garbage Collection

Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

We do not accommodate any kind of animals because the owners are severely allergic to all types of animal hairs.

Parents please instruct your kids to not make any drawing on the wall. It may cost a lot to repaint the wall in order to restore its original state.

For your safety and enjoyment during your stay, you will be required to sign a mandatory rental agreement that includes important local regulations and house rules.

Please note that Florida is home to various insects and wildlife, especially in natural and residential areas. It is common to encounter animals such as deer, raccoons, snakes, and insects in the surrounding environment.

For your safety, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times. We have contracted a professional pest control company to provide monthly treatments inside and outside the property to help minimize insects. However, despite regular treatments, you may occasionally see insects inside the home. This can happen when doors are left open or when insects are inadvertently brought in through luggage, shopping bags, or other personal belongings from previous guests or outdoor activities.

To help prevent attracting insects, please dispose of garbage daily and clean up food crumbs or spills promptly during your stay.

OUR ASKS:

- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.

We are committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to past violations that caused property damage and impacted future guests, we must emphasize the following rules.

Violators may be held financially responsible for damages, extra cleaning, fines, or other penalties.

🚫 House Rules & Conduct

- No parties or loud noise. Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.

- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of up to $2000 will be charged for odor removal.

- No pets or animal hair are allowed under any circumstances due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge per pet, per night.

- No illegal activity or drug use. Violations will be reported to local authorities.

- Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties and reservation cancellation.


🧹 Cleanliness & Housekeeping

- Do not stain linens, towels, or other fabrics. Stained items will incur an additional cleaning fee or, if necessary, replacement and restocking charges.

- Please thoroughly clean the kitchen after preparing greasy or heavy meals. The standard cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning.

- Dispose of all garbage in sealed bags, and place them in designated outdoor bins, chutes, or dumpsters. Loose trash may not be collected in certain resort areas.

- Only soft food waste is permitted in the kitchen sink disposal.
