Fint hotel
Hotellet var rigtig fint. Det er dog træls at det er en lang gåtur fra terminalen til receptionen, hvis man har meget bagage.

A little disappointing
Room was nice and bed was very good except pillows. There were 4 pillows, but they were all the same - relatively hard. Dinner buffet in restaurant could be improved. Dishes were not really warm - too many people for the service personel - no stile when serving - it felt like animal feeding. Sry - but the waiter was despite this, very service oriented. Breakfast buffet on the other hand - was very good.

The staff were amazing, from the receptionist we met last night to the young men in the morning (even the roomservice girl) - all smiles and positive vibes! We were a bit dissapointed about the breakfast, which didnt consist of eggs, fruits, vegetables etc as we had hoped that it would! And the reason i cant give you the best smiley is, because of the lack of signs from airport to hotel: for other visitors follow this guide 1. Get out of airport - immediatly turn to the right and keep walking till you can see “parking Office” on the other side of the road and then cross it - walk by the Office and keep going till you reach stop lights - then cross the road to the left and keep walking till you reach a tunnel - then the signs start to show and you can walk theough the parking lot (for oriocenter) untill you reach the hotel 🤗 its difficult the first time but after youve tried it, it gets very easy! Thank you for the stay - over all, it was nice & I will stay there again! 🇮🇹

We are sorry to read about our breakfast. We are not sure about what you mean but we offer boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and asking to the waitress we can make omlette at the moment! We have also fresh cut of fruits. We don't serve a lot of vegetable since are not requested very often, but we have mixed vegetable served in a small individuals cocotte.
