Get ready to relax and unwind in our lovely rental featuring two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living area is situated on the first floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. You'll find a separate corner for an office or an extra bedroom on the top floor. Enjoy the outdoors with multiple leisure areas, including a charming breakfast spot, a BBQ and dining area and a comfortable lounge on the rooftop offering breathtaking views of the neighborhood and the sea. The journey begins in the garden, where you'll find a delightful dining area complete with a built-in BBQ. And if you prefer a cozy spot for breakfast, there's a charming nook on the elevated porch. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a comfortable living-dining room. Sink into the plush couch or challenge your friends to a game on the PlayStation. And don't forget to check out the cupboard next to the dining table, where you'll discover beach equipment available for your use. Pass by the small toilet and continue on to the classic Spanish kitchen, fully equipped with appliances like a water heater, toaster, and washing machine. While there's no coffee machine installed, fear not! Instant coffee is always on hand. When it's time to rest, head upstairs to the sleeping area. Here, you'll find a spacious bathroom with a shower. One bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the other offers two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. But the real highlight awaits on the top floor - the rooftop terrace. Take in the mesmerizing views of the city skyline and the sea. With a fluffy carpet and cozy furniture, you won't want to leave this oasis during warm summer nights. And tucked away in the back of the terrace, there's a small isolated room with two screens. It's the perfect spot for uninterrupted work or can even be transformed into a third bedroom if that's what you need during your stay. During your stay, you will have the complete house to yourself. Additionally, you will also have access to the communal pool of the neighbourhood, which is about a 1-minute walk away from your front door. The only "restricted area" is a small storage room that is adjacent to the kitchen. This is where the owner stores their private belongings During your stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about your accommodation. We are available on weekdays from 9 AM - 6 PM by phone. You can also send us a message any time or day - we will respond as soon as possible, at least within 24 hours. If you're looking for a peaceful place to call your (second) home, this neighbourhood is the perfect fit. But don't let the calm fool you - there's plenty of activity from the friendly locals who reside here year-round. You'll love the sparkling pool just a stone's throw away, as well as the parks and playgrounds just across the street. And with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, you'll never run out of things to do. The house is conveniently located just a short 20-minute walk from a beautiful beach. You'll also find plenty of options for public transportation choices nearby, including the possibility of renting electric scooters for a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the area. In case you are coming by car, there are 2 parking spots right in front of the house, off the street.
