Summary: We are proud to present this modern two-bedroom apartment located in Res EMA. This property has access to a large communal pool with a separate children’s pool, a gated children’s play area, and an outdoor gym. Situated in El Barranco, this apartment is within walking distance of Playa Flamenca Saturday market, Los Dolses commercial centre, Zenia Boulevard, and more. There is something to appeal to everyone in this apartment. Fully Legal for both Tourist and Mid Term Rentals, Decree Law 9/2024.
The Space: The apartment has an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen that is fully equipped. From the lounge, you exit out onto the terrace that overlooks the communal pool area. On the terrace, there is a six-person dining table with comfortable armchairs, perfect for family dinners. Returning to the open-plan lounge, there is a comfortable sofa with a sideboard smart TV and a 6-person wooden table and chairs. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with built-in wardrobes, two bedside cabinets as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a shared bedside cabinet, and a built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom also has a walk-in shower. There are vented air-conditioning and WIFI throughout.
The community boasts a large communal pool with a separate children’s pool, gated children's play area and outdoor gymnasium for the guests to enjoy.
Guest Access: The property is located within a gated community, there is a parking space within the gated community for the guests to use.
The Neighborhood: Located just across the road from the apartment there is a small selection of bars and restaurants including a coffee shop, a small supermarket, a Spanish Restaurant (El Caracol) an Italian and a Chinese. Just across the bridge there are a few more as well as an entry point to the popular Saturday Street market. The apartment is also a short 15-minute walk in the other direction from the many restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacy in Los Dolses commercial centre. Zenia Boulevard is approx. A 15-minute walk away and the nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away. Numerous “Blue Flag” beaches are just a 5-10 mins drive, Go-Karts 10 mins drive, and a water park at Torrevieja is within a 15-minute drive. Both Alicante and Murcia Airports are within a 40-minute drive from the property.
Getting Around: We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in Orihuela Costa, however, it is not necessary as there are many amenities within walking distance.
Other Things to Note: Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable. Check-out is by 11:00am. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract.
