Beautiful property in a wonderful location, just minutes from the beach and only a short stroll to the bars and restaurants.The kitchen had every appliance/gadget you could possibly need. The outdoor eating, relaxing space was great and offered some respite from the sun.Lovely pool and garden area and comfy loungers.Very clean and welcoming - we had a wonderful family holiday.

Beautiful Villa, amazing pool. Was the perfect holiday!

Pros: The villa was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen fully stocked with plenty of cutlery, plates, cooking equipment, etc. Pool was lovely, cleaned during our stay too. Air con was a massive plus in all the bedrooms. Location is good, about a 20/25 minute walk to the local restaurants and shops. A short walk to the local beach aswell. We had a query before travelling so I messaged the host. Communication was very good. We cannot fault the villa or the hosts at all. Would definitely recommend! Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Great little place, superb location, the cleaners need a special mention they are quite simply exceptional. We have stayed all over the murcia, sothern spain region and this is near the top of the list. For us and to rate this villa number 1, it would need air con throughout and better tv (teenagers to chill after a night out) other than that we would definitely consider returning. Cheers roland

Pros: Hemos estado encantados con la experiencia en esta casa , desde la casa en si, con todas las comodidades y las zonas exteriores ( espectaculares ) como por la zona donde esta se encuentra , totalmente recomendable, tanto los dueños como los encargados de gestionar el alojamiento y cualquier problema que pueda derivarse de este , son encantadores y muy amables a la vez que resolutivos , seguramente repetiremos, desde aquí dar las gracias tanto a Roland como a Ron De Jong.

A Gem of a Casa

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!

Fantastic Villa in a great location

We stayed he as a family of 6 with 2 adults and 4 boys aged 3, 10, 13 and 16. The villa is spotlessly clean and just beautiful. The area outside with pool as a really spacious shaded area which is great if u want some shade during the hot days. The proximity to Cala Captain beach is fab a few minutes walk enables you to come and go to the beach as you please. I had some fantastic early runs along the coastal path which I felt very safe on. From the villa you are able to walk to the strip with plenty of restaurants and also up to the la zenia boulevard we did this with all the boys on lots of occasions. My son found a local gym the beach body gym and walked up to that everyday also, 40 euros for 2 weeks use. You have a good shop 10 minute walk away which you can get all you need at. We where there for 2 weeks and had a car for 5 days of this which was enough to go to the water park, torrevieja fun fair and of course an obligatory visit to the san pedro mud baths ! The rest of the time we had no car and found it fine. We also used the tourist bus that takes u from la zenia beach to a couple of the neighbouring resorts which was great ! Cabo Roig market on a thursday morning was also worth a visit We have been to this area lots of times and just love it ! plenty to see and do good restaurants and shops in walking distance ! Thanku Roland for a lovely restful 2 weeks with 4 boys !

It is in a quiet and stunning residential area within flat walking distance to the sea, local supermarket, marina and restaurants. We got a pre booked taxi from the airport and then hired a car from Luzcars.com which was delivered to the villa - easy! There is a lot to do in the area and in Torrevieja.would recommend Stella Maris at the marina. Wish we could pick up this villa and take it to all the other countries we would like to visit!

It is in a quiet and stunning residential area within flat walking distance to the sea, local supermarket, marina and restaurants. We got a pre booked taxi from the airport and then hired a car from Luzcars.com which was delivered to the villa - easy! There is a lot to do in the area and in Torrevieja.would recommend Stella Maris at the marina. Wish we could pick up this villa and take it to all the other countries we would like to visit!
