The kitchen boasts a large stainless steel sink, set in thick slab Cambria Quartz countertops, and premium appliances, including a refrigerator, dual fuel stove/oven, microwave drawer, dishwasher, industrial-grade range hood, beverage center, and pot filler. Counter seating provides a perfect space for entertaining while preparing meals, and the kitchen is equipped with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The spacious laundry room includes a full-size front load washer & dryer, Carerra Marble countertops, and ample storage cabinets.

The second floor offers its own sitting area with a TV, bedroom #2 with a king bed and private bath, and bedroom #3 with two twin beds and a private bath. The screened porch off the kitchen is an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or casual dining while overlooking the patio and grill.

However, it's important to note that this property is not suited for hunters and/or hunting parties.

Boat slips are available for lease through River Dunes Marina. Please note that this is a pet-free vacation rental, and the property is solely for the enjoyment of renters. Security cameras are installed on the outside of the property for added safety.
