The Villa is located in the popular secure residential area of Jardins de la Baie Oriente.

An automatic gate closes access to this area 24x24.

The Jardins de la Baie Oriente district is located overlooking the Orient Bay housing estate with a magnificent view from Ilet Pinel to Saint-Barthelemy via Orient Bay beach.

The land there is very large; the villas are therefore very spaced from each other.

Only 1.5 km from the Villa is the sublime Orient Bay beach with:
* its beach restaurants,
* its deckchairs,
* its nautical activities,
* its village square with its night restaurants,
* and also its local shops, such as a supermarket and a bakery.

4.5 km away is the beautiful Grand Case beach which offers a nice alternative to Orient Bay beach with its calmer turquoise waters and its gourmet restaurants, or its sunset bars.

A rental car is recommended for getting around Saint-Martin.

They are very affordable and easy to park all over the island, including in front of the Villa.

The villa is equipped with a very useful cistern to compensate for possible water cuts.

We had a wonderful time in Saint Martin. The neighborhood that this house is in is very nice and secure with a gate. The neighborhood is directly across the street from the main entrance to Orient Bay beach we’re are there are several restaurants/bars. This house was super clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and the pool & landscaping are wonderful. We especially enjoyed the palm tree full of iguanas. There were two things I didn’t realize about the house. The first is that they do not have a clothes dryer. The second is that 3 bedrooms have to share a toilet. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and sink. One bedroom has a toilet in the bathroom. The other 3 rooms share a toilet room. This room doesn’t have a sink in it so you have to go back to your room to wash yours hands. Other that that he house is nicely decorated and the use of space is well utilized and the furniture is perfect. The house is not cluttered so it is airy, comfortable and air conditioners worked great.
