In the heart of the Parc de la Baie Orientale, within the small Les Maisons de Menorca residence, this charming duplex house welcomes you in a true haven of greenery. A tropical garden lined with palm trees, a terrace opening onto nature and direct access to the residence pool: everything is here for a peaceful holiday, just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint-Martin.
On the ground floor, the bright, contemporary living room, decorated with colourful pop art pieces, features a large leather sofa bed (160 cm) and two armchairs. It opens onto a dining area seating six, facing the garden, perfect for family meals or dinners with friends. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a central island, cooktop and breakfast bar. A separate toilet completes this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed has its own shower room and opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool and the palm trees. The second bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, also has its own private shower room. A second separate toilet is located upstairs. The house sleeps up to 6 guests.
For your comfort, the living area is air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans. An outdoor shower in the garden lets you rinse off on your way back from the beach, and a private parking space is included.
Orient Bay beach, with its turquoise waters, beachfront restaurants and water sports, is within walking distance. A few minutes' drive takes you to Pinel Island, Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean, or the hiking trails of the north of the island.
Please note that you are on a small island where the electricity network may experience temporary outages. The utility company does its utmost to restore power as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from these situations, which are beyond our control.
