The majestic La Perla Bianca Luxury Spa
is in Oria, in the heart of Northen Salento, characterized by beautiful
sunsets on the Apulian natura. The two-floor villa, with two connected
apartment, is equipped with the accessories that make it a small royal
palace. Pets are allowed.
In both apartments of La Perla Bianca Luxury Spa there is a well-equipped kitchen.
In the apartment on the ground floor there is a large living room with
dining area for 10 guests. The sleeping area consists of 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. La Perla Bianca Luxury Spa accommodates up to 10 guests.

dedicated to wellness, relax and bony and mind regeneration, but also

Perla Bianca Luxury Spa is suitable for elders, children and disabled
guests. The villa is divided into two apartments on two floors and is
equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in every room, outdoor gym with bathroom and shower, laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer, satellite internet, alarm system and safe.
The dishwasher is in both kitchen. There are children toys, bicycles, iron and ironing board, microwave oven, tv in every bedroom and the living room, stereo system in the swimming pool and spa, sauna with steam bath, emotional shower and chromotherapy, covered parking area for 6 cars, heating system with pellet stove, cleaning every two days.

in your stay a one-time free use  of the spa: the wellness path lasts 2
hours. It is possible to use the spa more, with additional cost, as
specified in the notes)

The rooms of the beautiful charming villa
La Perla Bianca Luxury SPA is refined, made with attention to details and it`s on two floors, which were renovated in 2019. The apartment on the ground floor of
the luxury villa for rent for holidays in Oria consists of a living
room with sliding glass doors and view on the garden, an elegant sitting
room with tv, stove pellet and dining area for 10 guests,
super-accessoried kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped for
disabled guests.
A characteristic spiral staircase takes to the first floor.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen
with table for 6 guests and, a few steps higher, the spa with panoramic
terrace.
The spa is the true show piece of
this villa: the chromotherapy, the steam bath, the area with beach beds
and mini-bar, the Jacuzzi for six guests and a bathroom with shower.
Moreover, by the swimming pool there are two more bathrooms.

La
Perla Bianca Luxury Spa is in the countryside south of Oria, a
beautiful and worth-discovering town in the area of Brindisi. For the
beach lovers, the closest sandy beaches with crystal clear water are the
ones in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian sea, which are 20
kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.
- The villa is divided into 2 flats on 2 levels.
- A one-use SPA is included in the holiday package, it is a wellness path of about 2 hours. Other SPA accesses are available with an extra.
- Two bathrooms are external of which one is suitable for people with disabilities.
- The ground floor flat is suitable for disabled and equipped with an appropriate bathroom.
