VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. "Came with family for a wedding The home was very clean and spacious and very convenient to walk near the north end of Utah Lake. Our host was very quick to respond to my inquiries and we appreciated the special touches left for us. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was very clean and organized. Looked like a new listing with new beds, bedding and furniture. All basic needs taken care of. Didn’t get to the back yard, but the house was wonderful. Each room was roomy and clean. Check in was easy and host sends a great video explains everything . Would stay again ! Loved it!!"

"Due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to cancel our trip to Mexico. This house was perfect for our family to still get together. The size was great for a family of 20, easy to cook in, and large enough spaces we could all be gathered in the same areas and enjoy the space together."

"First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean...
