Separate toilet for added convenience.
An open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker, making meal prep easy.
A comfortable sofa bed in the living room, perfect for relaxing and offering extra sleeping space.
Ideally located on the ground floor, providing easy access.
For winter sports enthusiasts, a convenient ski storage room is available for securely storing and organizing your gear.

By Car: Reaching the town of Orelle is highly convenient, especially by car. Most of the journey is on the highway, followed by a national road, with only five mountain turns before you reach the residence. Here are estimated travel times from major French cities:

Paris: Around 6 hours by car to reach Orelle.
Lyon: About 2 hours and 30 minutes by car.
Marseille: Around 4 hours and 30 minutes by car.
By Train and TGV: Orelle is also accessible by train, with Modane station nearby, served by TGV trains from various French cities. Here are estimated train travel times:

Paris: TGVs from Gare de Lyon reach Modane station in about 4 hours.
Lyon: About 2 hours by TGV.
Marseille: Around 3 hours by TGV.
