"Overall, the beds were comfy and the place was very spacious. Also, we were able to walk to the ocean and it being so close was nice. The area was nice and quiet. The neighbors were really friendly. We are considering coming back next year. The neighbor offered to take us fishing if we do and even gave us some smoked fish that he smoked himself. The kitchen was perfect to make meals in. The only thing that did not work was the fridge in the kitchen, but there is a fridge right in the garage...

"My mother in law and a family friend were visiting from Florida and Michigan, so we decided to bring them to the beach for the weekend. We had a lovely time in this cute little beach house that is just a half block from the beach. The home met all our needs and we loved that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again!"

"Totally lovely decor with excellent ocean viewing -- large, CLEAN windows and two outdoor levels with seating. Superbly-supplied kitchen allowed for family who likes to cook together. Entire unit could not have been more comfortable, clean, and attractive. Especially appreciated the helpful notes and directions provided to make our stay smooth, and avoid any issues.Not a word to be used lightly -- but FABULOUS for our 3 generation family group."

"It really is the stairway to heaven, kids loved running around up and down the stairs, kept them busy for hours, while the adults got to relax and play games. Beautiful views of the ocean and the relaxing sound. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pelican in Arch Cape. Being able to sit out in the hot tub on the deck and enjoying the view was a highlight. The location was perfect and walking out on the beach was a daily activity. In particular, our walk to Hug Point was very special.The house was perfect for our multi-generational family offering plenty of available space. Highly recommend!"
