"These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu."

"Amazing place. The breakfast downstairs is so good. They need to redo the photos for the apartments as it’s loads better than it looks on the site. Great location. Night food market just outside and a great mall next door. Highly recommend."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed. Morgenmad ikke ok. Sengen hård. Sløv reception. Måske ikke til 4 *."

"Godt og centralt! Hyggeligt hotel..."

"Get a room on 8th or 9th floor, which are nice and fairly new - below the 8th you do feel like been in a prison due to crazy architecture with bars in front of windows! Standard room not nice! Breakfast is not for European and very low standard. The mall below is fine and the hotel is fairly central!"

"Comfortable stay at Dreamtel. Breakfast was good, staff was service-minded, and room was nice. The hotel has a central location. Good value for money."

"Centralt beliggende. God valuta for pengene."

"Kunne godt have bedre wifi."

"My wife and I had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and keen to assist us when we had requests about trips and highlights to do in the area. While we were there, we asked if a room with a view and I was offered to us without any hesitation."
