The apartment Germoglio is located in the upper part of the Giannella (Saline Albinia) directly in front of the sea and the beach (20 meters). It lies on the second floor of a small residence immersed in a pine forest and offers a splendid view over the sea that ranges from the Argentario promontory to the Giglio Island and up to Corsica on clear days. The newly renovated apartment is accessed directly from the living room with table and chairs for dining, a small sofa, a sideboard, television and a large French window that opens onto the equipped balcony overlooking the sea. On the left there is a small but the well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In front of the bathroom lies the double bedroom, also with direct access to the balcony. The residence is situated within a fenced property (with automatic opening gate) and is surrounded by a pine forest. Inside the property there is ample free parking and plenty of space for children to play.
