Amazing views, all the amenities you can think of, on the best property located at Eagle Beach, the top rated beach in Aruba; huge top floor terrace with private Jacuzzi; living area with TV, BBQ.....Just unique and luxurious. Plenty of space decorated with good taste, you will not want to leave this Penthouse!

Luxurious and private. Huge roof-top terrace for sunbathing and breathtaking sunset view. Lots of space. Just steps from the beach. 4 pools. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to everything, while still perfect for relaxation!

The Space
This property is located on the best beach in Aruba (Eagle Beach). It is large and luxurious. Very comfortable. The roof-top terrace is great for sunbathing and for watching the sunset over the ocean. One of the nicest places in Aruba!
This is a very well taken care of vacation home with a deluxe feel...much different than other vacation rental properties. The furniture is high quality and upscale (mostly West Elm and Pottery Barn).

Guest Access
Guests have access to Eagle Beach, 4 pools, roof-top sun deck, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Lots of space for relaxing!

The Neighborhood
The condo is located on a quieter part of Eagle Beach, but is very close to all of the excitement. Easy access to casinos and high rise hotels, a great grocery store just around the corner, and the most beautiful beach in Aruba! The complex is gated and there is 24 hour security on premises.

Getting around
A inexpensive public bus runs right in front of the resort. Taxis are easy to find on the main street right in front of the resort. If guests have a car, there is a designated parking space for the unit (everything is stress free...even the parking!).

We were a family of 7 adults and 2 kids and had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful, super clean and completely stocked with everything we needed. Fabiana was quick to respond to any messages. For our stay the last week in March, the pools were very quiet and the beautiful beach was not crowded. You cannot beat this location - we hope to return in the future!!

The penthouse was very clean and in a great location. The hosts were great with answering any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We had an issue with the hot tub not getting hot someone did come out after trying everything they said to do first but we were still 3 days without using it. The house is beautiful but the furniture is very low to the ground so if you have really tall people or older it could be an issue. I’d still recommend staying here Fabiana and her team are fabulous. We never had a problem getting chairs at the pool or getting a palapa on the beach!

Had a wonderful time at this condo! Fabiana was very quick to respond to any questions. Fabiola and Viviana (guest relations) at the resort were quick to respond to any questions also. As was the lady in the security office!It’s a wonderful condo with the most glorious view from the balcony and the terrace upstairs! The hot tub was in use every day! Did have some spices for cooking and dish soap and laundry soap to use! Washer and dryer were great to have and use! Beds were all comfortable, 3 upstairs had en-suite bathrooms, downstairs bedroom did not. Was one just across the hall to use. Short walk to the beach, just by the pools, and across the road. Some huts to use did need to be out early to reserve them! Very clean beach, not crowded at all! 3 pools, one to walk in, one with stairs and a 2 foot one also! Cleaned daily during the week. Was very windy but warm in the 80’s!Easy to walk to restarants, Marea next door, hamburgers delicious, outdoor window for ice cream delicious also! Las Ramblas, Chalet Suisse, also delicious, reservations easy on line, we went early 5:30 pm! Waters Edge great , more food for the price, enjoyed the waitress! Janelle!Was able to walk to Super Foods and take a taxi back 15 - 20 minutes! No place to buy groceries closer! Used the bus to go downtown and short ride to Waters Edge and walked back, 10 minutes! Was a great week would go back to this condo at any time!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. From the pools, to Eagle beach right across the street, to wonderful restaurants all within walking distance, this condo has it all. It was the absolute best place to relax and unwind with coffee on the balcony in the morning and dinner on the rooftop deck was amazing. The kids loved everything. It’s one of the best condos we have stayed in and we cannot wait to come back.

A beautiful condo with an amazing view and excellent location. Big kudos to the host on their communication and quick response to address one issue we encountered. The two reserved parking spaces made housing our rental car super easy. Would certainly stay again!

The penthouse was fabulous. There are three beautiful swimming pools immediately adjacent to the building, and Eagle Beach is just across a service road. In addition, there are numerous restaurants in the area.There are eight of us, including two children, and we would definitely stay here again. The management was responsive to all of our needs in a very timely manner.

The penthouse was awesome! The view was beautiful !! Even though we arrived later than expected, someone was there to greet us and give us a tour. We had a small problem that was addressed immediately. Rapid response from Fabiana. Would definitely stay again. It was perfect!!!

Fabiana was a very responsive host, and the penthouse was very spacious for our group of 5. It’s also helpful to have underground parking in the building. The property is located on a very nice and quieter stretch of Eagle Beach. Good stay!

I would highly recommend this place as this is easily accessible to the quiet and beautiful Eagle beach. The sunset view is amazing. The property itself has an amazing views. This indeed is very spacious and a safe area for families. The most beautiful part was the rooftop where one can enjoy the most amazing views of sunset, moon, beautiful sky with stars dazzling alongside beach waves….i would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend this spacious and fully equipted unit. Quiet area with easy access to the beach. Great pool area and not ever crowded during our stay. The owner was always quick to respond to our numerous questions before and during our trip. Our family of 10, ages 70 to 10, absolutely loved this place!

What a wonderful place. We were a party of 10 in Aruba for a wedding. Location was perfect. Very quiet and the beach was never crowded. Cleanliness was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly. Would love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The host was very responsive to any question we had, the unit was very clean, the location is perfect, and there are a number of amenities on property (gym, sauna, multiple pools). The apartment itself has stunning views of Eagle Beach and the rooftop was our favorite place to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba!

Really thought of everything!

It was great to have everything you needed at this VRBO versus trying to struggle along while you're on vacation. She really thought of her guests and what they would need while they were away and what they would need. The owner was also so responsive to any questions prior to going on our trip which wonderful. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great vacation

This property was amazing! Plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers - with some to spare! Great views from the balcony and rooftop; perfect place to watch the sunset. The property was close to everything, and the communication from the owners was timely and helpful.
