"It was real cute and the rooms we different in style but the ONLY thing I didn't like was that the pillows were to soft for me but other than that I had no complaints and will definitely go back to stay in a different room"

"inside the hotel was perfect, everything was clean and staff was very nice. Outside of the hotel was okay, the day that we arrived was a little difficult to find somewhere to eat because my kids wanted pasta and the place down the streen at the convention center was closed. But other than that everything was great."

"Our stay overall was great. Much space for my family. 3 kids 2 adults. Some items in the hotel are a little outdated. Room was clean, wall behind restroom “sliding door” was scraped and marked up. Needing repainting probably. Overall nice hotel. Very close to Astros field. "

"The rooms are clean and updated. Staff was always friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. Breakfast and shuttle service is great and tipped the scale in Hyatt’s House’s favor when it came to booking a hotel. I have already booked my next stay. "

"From start to finish, this was a luxury event and we felt like five star guests. The staff was wonderfully attentive. And took care of all our needs. I would highly recommend this place as a luxury weekend getaway."

"The place itself was great. Nice little bar inside and has snacks and coffee. Walking distance to so many place to eat and drink. The down side was construction in the front and valet parking is $50. There is a parking lot across the street to use that you can pay for 12 hours at a time for $16. Not bad during the day but may wanna avoid in the late evening. We had no issues with it though. "
