The room was so spacious and clean. It came with really good Crabtree and Evelyn spas, shampoos, lotion etc.
The included breakfast was great. Everything was really fresh and the breakfast area was spacious. We always found seats.
During 5-6:30pm, they offered 2 complimentary drinks per guest at the bar and some snacks. These were great!
The staff was so friendly especially the front desk person. She was so nice and accommodating by letting us check in early.
My only gripe would be the horrendous bus service. They removed the hotel’s free shuttle program to/from Disneyland. Instead, they used the city bus which was also free by entering a promo code during checkout for day pass purchase. They never stuck with schedule. They were so off by 15-20 minutes. After Disneyland closed, we saw the bus pull up, the driver took a 20-min break and then restarted the service again. Mind you, it was during the park’s closing time, it had rained all day, and everyone waiting was exhausted. We had to use uber several times during the trip. It wasn’t what we expected. This might be the reason we don’t stay there again.
