Check in on the app was easy. However, this property required going from you parking garage sport (floor 2-12, we had 9) to floor 2 to get bracelets and a parking pass. Then you had to go back up the elevator to put your parking pass in your car and finally up to your condo. We were on 23. We arrived on a Sunday. It took a significant amount of time. There was only one person working the front desk at check in time and the elevators were incredibly crowded. It was about an hour to do all of this. There are 6 elevators. Honestly, outside on Sunday (and probably Saturday), there was not a real issue taking the elevators. Peak times seemed to be 3:30-5:30. It would have been nice to have been prepared for what to do. I messaged the host about parking instructions prior to arriving and still have not received a response. The other con was the dryer in our unit was dated. It took two to three cycles to dry towels. Unacceptable. Lastly, the beds in the the room with two beds are broken. No places to walk to eat unless you want to risk your life crossing the main road. Otherwise, the unit was extremely clean and as pictured. It was a bit dated, but that was as pictured. Two other rooms had comfortable beds. The lazy river and other pools were amazing and fun during the day and night. The cafe and bar was convenient. You could also rent chairs on the beach. Lots of families and the adults only third pool options was helpful.
