Seaside in OBA - 2Bedroom/2Bath Condo

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This condo is our home away from home and is perfect for a family or group to simply relax with the sand and water just steps away.

The space:
We know that you are here to have fun with your family and friends, so on the front porch you will find a Toy-chest that is stocked with beach chairs and toys! Please feel free to use whatever is in the chest but please replace it when done! Each stay comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 1 dishwashing pod and 2 trash bags.

Travel:
Perdido Dunes is located on Perdido Beach Blvd and is a small 2 story building in between the Pheonix East and Pheonix 8.

Parking:
There is one designated parking spot for our unit which is directly in front of the unit. Please note that there are only a handful of extra parking sports on the property and are first come first serve. Vehicles parked in another units parking spot are subject to being towed.

Your check-in time is 4pm and you will have a time sensitive code to put in the keypad to enter each time. The code becomes active at 4pm on check-in date and expires at 10am on your checkout date. So, make sure all your belongings are out of the condo by 10am checkout date!
