Located on the lush, crystal sands of Orange Beach, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides the perfect place for a family trip or getaway for friends! With suitable accommodations for up to 8 guests, you will find fun amenities and easy access to the beach ensure hours of splashing in the waves, taking laps in the pool and plenty of opportunities for creating endless memories!

Situated on the 3rd floor, this 2-bedroom condo provides breathtaking views of the Gulf water and sugar sands below. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy morning coffee or some evening wine while you admire beautiful views of the southern sun.

Inside, you'll find the condo to be cozy and appropriately accentuated with coastal décor and accessories. The living room has a large flat screen TV with satellite to enjoy during your downtime as well as a sofa sleeper. The kitchen provides everything you need for cooking up yummy meals to share and the dining area has plenty of seating with a four-chair table set and 2 barstools at the bar. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and access to the balcony on the gulf side of the building. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each room has a flat screen TV with satellite. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
