Welcome to Paradise at Phoenix East! Recently renovated and updated throughout with new décor and modern fixtures, this slice of beach paradise will prove to be exactly what you have been searching for! Staying here will allow you to spend your days doing whatever you enjoy such as swimming, shopping, checking out local eateries, or just relaxing!

When you first arrive, you will notice and love the bright, coastal themed interior which is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay in paradise. The living room has a large comfy sectional providing abundant seating and a sleeper pull out bed as well! A 50-inch flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi plus a built-in fireplace will help keep you entertained in your free time. There is also two gorgeous chairs and ottomans set up for you to watch the surf of the Gulf and sip on your coffee or read a book from the comforts of the living room!

The fully stocked kitchen has all the tools you need to cook whatever your heart desires, including all stainless steel appliances and a spotless countertop. In the dining area, a custom-built dining set provides ample space for guests to enjoy homecooked cuisine or fresh takeout from the numerous dining options close by. Additionally, the private balcony has a dining set, allowing for you to enjoy a meal outside above the emerald waters!

When it's time to rest up after a long day of swimming with the waves or enjoying the community amenities, you'll find the master suite features a comfortable king bed and the bunk bed alcove also has two plush beds. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure, oversized vanity, and a wall-mounted makeup mirror for your convenience.

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
