The resort was very nice and our kids loved the pool. The condo was clean and modern although it was a disappointment that we did not know we would have to buy all the extras like toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, soap for showers, soap for laundry, coffee filters, trash bags, coffee. Every other VRBO we’ve used has supplied those things or at least a few days worth.

Check-in process was a little confusing. Room was fairly clean upon arrival but didn’t smell clean. Slight odor. Also furniture was heavily used and unclean. We covered the couch with a sheet we brought from home because it was old and dingy. Room was functional but not worth the price.

The room was very clean. I would recommend hooks in the secondary room for hanging towels and/or clothes. Our keys did not work at check-in, so we had to go to the front desk to have them reset. The view of both the ICW and the gulf was very satisfying. The pool was enjoyable.

Very clean.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, we loved the large balcony overlooking the marina and lazy river.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the outdoor pools (super cold) and the twisty slides! The beds were super comfortable, and the parking was great!! There is an assigned spot in the parking ramp near the elevators! We really lucked out with this location. I just wish there would have been more seating options on the balcony. We chose not to sit on the only chaise lounge for fear it would break!

Phoenix VI

I stayed at Phoenix VI while the rest of my family were at Turquoise Place. To say there is no comparison between the two properties is putting it mildly. The Phoenix VI is grossly outdated and in terrible need of some updating. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but so dated that I was embarrassed to have my family join me there. The only great feature were the beach views from the balcony and of course fact that the property was on the beach.

Booking charges

Had to make 2 trips to Liquid Life for key and they still didn't work. Had to make 3rd trip to another condo to get rekeyed. And in addition to what was shown as the total charges, another $100+ was charged by VRBO

Walked in. Kitchen sink was leaking. Kitchen floor flooded. No kitchen sink for 4 days. Then showers were leaking into unit below. Issue reported. Multiple times. Hope cut in master closet to get to pipes. No communication from maintenance this was taking place. Was told we could not use second bathroom at all. Water off. Could not use. 4 people in 1 unit using 1 shower and toilet not feasible. WE PAID FOR 2 bathrooms and kitchen fully functioning. Tried to use one shower for all. Hot water ran out. My daughter and I left two days early because it was terrible. I noticed Liquid Life I noticed Caribe no response. I would love to contact the actual owners so they know what is actually going on. I have request refund. We did not get what we paid for at all. There were maintenance men in and out of our unit more than us. Could not relax because we were continuously being contacted about issues with our unit. I do not recommend. This is not the owner’s fault but the companies they have employed to run things. All we wanted was a family vacation to RELAX.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a littleDissatisfied with the stay this time. The bedding was dirty we had to wash before even sleeping.There was no toilet paper in the dispensers at all and we got in late and Walmart was closed soWe couldn’t get any until the next day. There were roaches all in saunas and around hot tubs so we couldn’t even use. When returning my keys on Friday morning upon coming into the lobby two customer service reps sitting there just looked at me no friendliness hey good morning nothing...

Beautiful place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is beautiful, clean and spacious!! We loved the Caribe resort as well. We played tennis and bocce ( you can use their equipment - they just hold your ID until you return it. You get it from building B at the front desk) The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to use the swimming pools as it was very windy during our stay but there were several kids enjoying it 🙂 Getting to the beach is a hike but it is great exercise! The only negative was the lack of necessities that are supplied ( only enough detergent to wash one small load of laundry and only enough dishwashing liquid to wash one load of dishes. We finally found one hand soap for 2 bathrooms and I think that was only there because someone had left it there in one of the cabinets. No salt/pepper. It is still a WONDERFUL place to stay. Just be prepared. We loved the furniture and decor and the kitchen is amazing! Would love to come back sometime when the weather is a little nicer ❤️

Michigan to Orange Beach

Enjoyed our 3 week stay. Just the wife and I. Very spacious . condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Perdido Bay. A few minor maintenance issues with the bathrooms. Unable to use the tubs. Also, the shower and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival to we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them both. Management and staff for the property were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent and beautiful.

We stayed off season but what a beautiful property. Comfortable. Great views. Easy walk to beach side. Will def return in warmer weather.
