    Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, fladskærms-tv og privat bad. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize-seng, og det tredje soveværelse tilbyder en fuld over fuld køjeseng. Begge værelser har fladskærms-tv. Denne enhed har også et fladskærms-tv i stuen, fuldt udstyret køkken med granitbenk og apparater i rustfrit stål, gratis trådløst internet og en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse.

We will be back!

Beautiful, spacious condo!!! The area was excellent, we had such a wonderful vacation! Just a few things that I noticed that made it really stand out…full set of dishes in the kitchen-we like to eat in for breakfast/lunch and go out for dinner, the dishes were so nice to have! the beach chairs/umbrella included in price of unit were AWESOME-so so convenient!! The balcony was so relaxing, parking was great & we enjoyed having the indoor poor & hot tub! ☀️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!! We will definitely be back & will let our friends family know about this gem!

Great beach location and views.

Stay was great other than the elevator being out. The one remaining elevator was so slow and overloaded that it would routinely take 30-40 minutes to get a wagon to the beach. Property management said they were working on it but it was out the entire week. Property overall is great and can’t beat the central location!

Fun stay for the family

Process was extremely easy, communication outstanding and expectations were clearly relayed. We had a good time except for the cleanliness of the beach. Lots of seaweed rolling in but that’s nature. Can’t control that.

Construction

From 8am until 5pm and sometimes 5:30 all we heard was jackhammering. It was absolutely horrible. We brought our 4 grandchildren. Unfortunately 2 of them burn after an hour in the sun so we couldn’t stay at the beach all day. Needless to say we will never book with this group again. Or stay in this location. VERY UNHAPPY!!

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION ON BUILDING

This building should not have been rented to paying guests. We suffered with unbearable noise from jack hammers and drills from 7:00am til 6:00pm. Workers came on our balcony unannounced. We were notified of some ongoing construction but this was way beyond tolerable. I called Liquid Life about this and they offered 20% discount but that is not nearly enough. My daughter and granddaughters looked forward to this beach trip for months and it was a major disappointment! We would like to be reimbursed for this stay. Gay Ojanpera

Check in was nearly 2 hours late

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only bad thing I have to say is that check in was supposed to be at 3, but we was not able to check in until 4:50. So we had to spend that nearly 2 hours sitting in the parking lot with a very unhappy 3 yr old that just wanted to go to the beach. We got no information saying that check in would be delayed either. If check in is going to be after 3, you should notify your guest or not tell them check in is at x time when in reality it is not.

Wonderful Accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! The ocean view from the balcony patio is breathtaking! The unit is on the corner and has multiple access points to the patio. Full view of the ocean is really only seen from the master and living area side. The patio furniture is very "beachy" and weather durable, however, not as comfortable as cushioned furniture would be. Inside, the décor is very up to date with smart TV's in every bedroom and the living area. The only "lesser updated" finding was the tub/shower combos in the two bathrooms. It would seem with everything else that was updated, these would have been also. In any case, they were clean and totally functional. The master suite is nicely split from the guest rooms. We had everything we needed for cooking and then some! Everything inside was clean and fresh. I love how the bedding, including the comforter, and towels are washed professionally between visitors. Despite construction on the high rise next to this one, we were not bothered by any large amount of noise as we were up by the time they started and gone much of the day while they worked. We would totally stay here again. We had never stayed directly on the beach on any of our trips to the Gulf and this location sold us on that for the future. And also, May is a great time to visit the area if you aren't traveling with school aged children. We found the beach to be populated, but not crowded and we enjoyed being able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of our stay. Parking was never a problem, either. Thank you so much for a wonderful 35th Anniversary trip that we shared with our best friends!!

Everything was in great condition, the whole place was very clean, and the kitchen fully stocked; there was even a crockpot and blender. The views from the balcony are amazing!! There was lots of space for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The condo is in a great location with easy access to groceries, shopping and dinning. Beach access is a very short walk across the boardwalk. We had an issue with the tv/cable and liquid life arrived within 30minutes to get it fixed for us. Liquid life also checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was good during our stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again and book through liquid life!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting in Orange Beach at least once a year since 2001. Night one of this vacation - dishes were disgusting. Clearly not washed. I washed all the dishes. No colander or oven mitts; I expected basic kitchen items like those. Pests flying (gnats?). Floor hadn't been mopped, as evidenced by our dirty feet after walking barefoot. We literally had to wash our feet before getting into bed. I texted the rental company - no reply. Sent pictures - no reply. Finally they offered cleaner to come back. The next morning, unannounced, a housekeeper ENTERED OUR CONDO with us in it, still in pajamas. Husband and one son were still asleep, so I told her nevermind. I followed up with the company that they needed to deep clean before the next guests. Baseboards were also disgusting. Grit on many surfaces. Husband went up from beach one day to find a pest control technician in our unit, also unannounced. It was a dirty unit with little privacy and zero customer service. Will not be back and will never use Liquid Life Rentals again. Very displeased with the overall experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Windward Pointe 706. The location couldn’t be beat and the patio was amazing. Everyone in our group loved the comfortable beds. The seating inside was comfortable as well. Highly recommend this unit! My only issue is that I wish it were stocked better. I understand bringing our own soaps and toilet paper, etc. but common things like oven mitts and bowls with lids for leftovers were non-existent and I felt that should have been provided. We had to use the only dish towel provided as our oven mitt. Additionally, the pictures show a laundry room shelf with beach towels and extra bath towels. Those weren’t there when we arrived. Luckily, I had brought my own beach towels just in case. With that said, there are a few things I want to make sure to mention. 1) On the Liquid Life website, they had a page dedicated to beach rentals and of the companies mentioned, I could never find Windward Pointe as one of the buildings the rental companies serviced. So here is the scoop – Alabama Beach Chairs-Orange Beach,, is who rents chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, etc. 2) While the condo unit 706 is great, the building itself left me underwhelmed. It has two elevators. Both of their “Certificate of Operation” that were on display were expired. One expired in Jan 2021, the other in Jan 2020. The last time the latter elevator was inspected was Jan 24, 2019. As of my last day, July 30, 2021, that certificate had not been changed out. If the elevators aren’t being serviced, what else isn’t being maintained? It’s a little concerning. 3) In the pictures, there is a big pool and a small pool off to the left. I thought it might have been a hot tub, but it is actually a kiddie pool. It has a depth of 1ft for those who are interested in that. And finally, 4) the tennis courts also have pickleball lines as well, if you enjoy that, but bring your own paddle/racquets and balls (and shuffleboard equipment) because
