Dirt on floors, globs of red hair in the middle bathroom, coffee stains on the counter, & a dirty cutting board in the kitchen upon arrival. Made us wonder if the beds were clean so we had to wash all the bedding as well as clean the floors & bathrooms before unpacking. Toilet also clogged in the middle bathroom & had to take care of that during our stay. They allowed for a later check out which was nice but communication through the app is poor at best. You have to call the number listed several times before an answer. Overall, very disappointed considering my past experiences with this property management group have all been phenomenal! Not sure why there was such an issue with this property with cleanliness & communication compared to the past. Beach view was excellent! Balconies were well kept & spacious as well as furnished for our leisure which was very nice to relax & unwind. Indoor & outdoor aquatic facilities were outstanding per usual.

Excellent location with plenty of stores and restaurants all within a few minutes of driving. Pool area, especially the kids pool, was very nice and well kept. Grilling area right by the pools came in handy as well. Overall great place

Great Winter Get-Away

This was our second year here - we love the on site racquet hall, hot tubs, indoor pool, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts! Beautiful ocean views, nice walking trail out to beach area, clean & spacious room. The only negatives were - The dishwasher & washing machine were very loud this year. A few newer pans and added utensils for cooking would be great! Ice machine didn’t work and lots of broken fridge shelves too. The laundry room door was catching too! Great location and we felt safe in parking area too.

Nice family place

Our room was as described. Only complaint I have is the bathrooms are small. Overall it was clean. A few spots of random cobwebs and dust. Mirrors were dirty. Sheets were a little worn and fuzz balled. We enjoyed and would stay again!

Filthy dirty.

The property was filthy upon arriving. Floors were nasty with dirt, grime and mold in bathrooms. The towels were so worn that you could see through them!!! The coffeemaker was covered with baked on residue, inside and out. Nasty! No comfortable outdoor furniture. There were 3 different tables with tall chairs on patio. None were comfortable. The experience with the property manager was not pleasant. Way too expensive for what we got. Shame on Vrbo! We will never go through them again.

Friends beach trip

When booking, it needs to be stated about the parking situation. We were 8 adults who came up in 3 cars. No where was it made clear about paying for parking or having only 2 spots available.

Family beach weekend

Property maintained well, great area amenities like hot tubs, and pools were great however parking and the ability to purchase only 2 parking spaces ( 8 people that come to be together can’t arrive in 2 cars) with the solution to be oh just park offsite is ridiculous and will keep me from planning another stay The unit itself was decent at best, space was adequate but the master shower/ tub was a nightmare to finagle with it dial two never hot water land. The icemaker did not work. We did have a nice time and we made the best of it. This will probably not be our choice in returning to the beach.

Summer Vacation

The location was perfect. Close to attractions and restaurants. The pool was nice, and the beach access was right past the pool. We had some issues with the unit, but the Host resolved them quickly.

Stunning Views!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 couples. The furniture and space was all modern and very clean. The large balcony held all of us, where we spent most of our time watching dolphins and listened to the ocean. The pool was great and the beach was so fun. Definitely would recommend this place!!

I had my 8 month old and his walker, and he could still get around great and loved it. The patio furniture was nice and it was a larger space since it is a corner condo! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and just about everything you could need. We loved this place. I will stay at this same one next year hopefully!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was a very nice condo, with great views. I thought that the master bedroom opened up to the gulf, it does not. It also states that the unit is wheelchair accessible but there was no way the person with us was able to get into the bathrooms and had to use the ones in the building. The building is also not wheelchair accessible due to no automatic doors going to the pool/beach area and the gates had no automatic option. I think the cleaning crews clean all units and they need to be reviewed as well, there were so many dirty dishes, and I don’t mean spots, I mean dried left on food. I have stayed in condos like this before where there were items such as foil, paper towels etc. left by previous occupants, I left some but I think that the cleaning crew will be sure to take everything that is left leaving each tenant to start from scratch. Other than those two main things, the unit was nice, had a great view and a great time was had by all.

Beautiful and spacious

We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. A few things that make this property stand out: Plenty of seating- some of these places have lots of bed space but are stingy on living room furniture. There are 2 full sized sofas and an additional chair, giving room for everyone to be comfortable. Private - This is at the end of the hall/breezeway at the corner opposite the pool, which means no loud foot traffic outside your door. It also means that you can enjoy a beautiful view on the balcony without being on close display to the pool patrons and beach traffic. Large balcony - because it is on the corner, you have a wrap-around balcony, giving a little more space if you have a large family. Well-stocked kitchen: things we wouldn't have expected like a blender Crock-Pot. We were able to make milkshakes one night! We also received fast responses to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were squeaky and would make tons of noise any time you would move in bed, as well as the mattresses were hard. Be sure to bring your own dishsoap, papertowels, trashbags, etc as there was not enough to last our stay. Other than that the condo was good, location was great, kitchen had all the cooking ware/plates that we needed for our stay. Wouldn't mind staying again but would come more prepared than we did.

Didn't notice in the write up there were only 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom had a bathroom but 2nd and 3rd bedrm shared a small bath room in the hall which had a tub w/ shower in tub. Was concerned! BUT after getting used to it was not a problem because we liked every thing else so much! Art work on walls so nice, it was spacious and enjoyed the corner unit! Liked dining room being on beach side. T.V's are small but we don't go to beach to watch t.v.! Think we may request this one again next February!! Mike was very helpful responded to every question. Garbage desposal didn't work but a new one was put in quickly! Nothing but praise for everything!

The furniture in the living room was very comfortable and plenty of seating for our party of five. Outside grounds and pool were maintained nicely. We loved the area! If I had to find anything wrong it would be the bed in the master. We nicknamed it "The Rock". The mattress could stand to be changed but other than that it was great and we plan to come back next year!!! If you are planning a trip I would recommend this condo also some great places to eat...Docs, Tacky Jacks, Shrimp Basket, The Hangout & Lamberts Cafe. Cotton's was good but too pricy and FloraBamma was just terrible!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and owner was responsive to our requests. Beds weren't comfortable, had trouble with one of the TV's each night where the kids slept. There were 7 of us and we had to wash towels everyday. We were surprised the hot water didn't last for all of us to take showers. Kitchen was pretty well furnished expect there were no dish towels or broom. Beach area was nice but really crowded. Disappointed in people showing no respect for the beach area and leaving their trash. Nothing against the owner or condo...people just have no respect for the area. We were close to all we needed/wanted to do and had a great time.

Our large group enjoyed our stay at this unit. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the unit. We enjoyed the abundance of seating at meal times! Very nicely decorated and kept with updated kitchen. Furniture provided plenty of space!
