"My visit was just one night. I arrived early to save my reservation, and was allowed to checked in early. Very accommodating staff. I appreciated the Rosewood having no frills, just the basics, and being very clean. Later I opened the window and turn off the a/c since the night air was refreshing. I will use again when visiting family in the area. Bonus: Dunkin Donuts is just down the street, and opens early."

"Very disappointed in this stay. Our water was not working when we checked in and I had to wait in line at the front desk to be told maintenance just finished working on it and it should be back on soon. I wish they would have communicated that to me when I checked in so I could skip coming back down to wait in line. I also let them know that the phone in the room was broken and they sent maintenance at 9:30 pm when I was trying to get my kids to bed. The rooms are old and the beds are...
