"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"Did not like the fact that my wife and I were getting ready to go to dinner Saturday evening and some other couple walked into our room because the office gave them a key to our room so we never left for dinner we never left the room again for the night after they walked in and then we seen the same couple come back to get into the room next door that was also already occupied not sure what's going on with the office help"

"Despite all the positive reviews we were not happy by our stay at all. The sheets had stains on them and so did all of the towels. We had to ask for replacements for towels and even one of the two replacements was dirty and had staining. Eerie feeling and not many people stayed there too. Breakfast was just some very old bananas. Wifi did not work in our room at all either. Night stands were also not wiped down and the shower curtain was very much so yellowing and especially dirty at the bottom."

"The room was nice. Two clean and comfy queen beds with decent walking room. A Desk, a fridge, microwave and a nice open bathroom. The only thing that let me down was the drain in the tub wouldn't plug to take a bath, the internet was spotty the TV only had cable it was a smart TV to watch streaming or even mirror my phone too. Otherwise the pool was amazing - very clean, big and very warm. It went 3ft, 4ft, and 5ft which was nice also."

"When we first pulled up & registered we were very impressed - the lobby was nicely situated & the beach area was simply gorgeous. But . . . No one mentioned no elevators. Since my husband is disabled, we couldn’t take our beachfront room with balcony. he couldn’t do all those stairs. The staff put us in a room in the main building way back where the carpets are old & stained; the elevators dirty; & we had a partial ocean view - and much more of the roof. "I normally never write reviews but my experience here was so poor I have to say something. Showing up, I felt unsafe. On room had a window that looked into the hallway only, there was nothing but overhead lights, no lamps at all. Nothing on the walls and cinderblock walls.
