The place is ideal for a family of 3 and will make your stay unforgettable. You can rent a bike near the area. If you are looking for good food no need to worry about it because there are a lot of restaurants in the area.



The Space:

This unit is located on the 1st floor of the building. Access to the entire house. No sharing with other guests.

Please note the building do not have Lift/Elevator

1 Single-size sofa bed (Sleeps 1 adult )

Amenities are of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. Room WIFI available

The Neighborhood:

There are lots of convenience stores in the area and restaurants in the area, If you plan to go to SENKOJI PARK OBSERVATORY it is 8 mins travel from my property using a Car and If you want to buy some kinds of stuff you can go to the well-known Picture town street Shopping Mall it is 6 mins travel from my property using a car as well.



Getting Around:

Located in a quiet residential area about a 6-minute walk west of Onomichi Station North Exit, it is ideal for Onomichi sightseeing and Shimanami cycling.



Other Things to Note:

Official check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.





If your reservation is already CONFIRMED kindly send your photo passport or ID copy thru email or use your mobile phone and sent it to your booking channel app.

The unit is protected with CCTV for the SAFETY of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self-check-in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotels and short-term rental license for each host.

🚫No smoking inside the room/balcony, outside only. Do not detach or seal the smoke alarms!

🚫 No food, grease, oil, or bone in the kitchen sink.

🚫 Please do not flush loads/bulk of toilet paper down the toilet bowl as it may get clogged.
