Located in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few kilometers away from some tourist destinations like Senkouji-temple, Shopping District Etc. Chilling out is not even a problem because there are fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores around the area. This unit can accommodate up to 3 guests. The apartment's amenities and service are of hotel standard. It is equipped with all your basic needs. Towels and toiletries are provided during your stay. Ideal for couple, family and friends.



The Space:

This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Access to the entire apartment. No sharing with another guest.



Please note the building do not have Lift/Elevator





Sleeping Arrangement:



1 Double bed (Sleeps 2 adults)

1 single-sized sofa bed (Sleeps 1 adult)



A total of 3 adults can sleep comfortably.



Hotel quality of all my amenities. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. WIFI Available. You can enjoy watching TV with your family and friends.

13 mins ride via bus to Jodo-ji Temple

20 mins ride via bus to Senkoji



Other Things to Note:

Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM.

Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Security Camera:

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self-check-in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotels and a short-term rental license for each host.
